“Oh goodness, where do I start? My daughter and I were just hanging out, paying tribute to her best friend she lost three years ago, on Sept 11. I decided to stop in Kendra Scott because she misplaced her necklace, and I just wanted to inquire about a new one. Well, let me tell you, from Kim's warm greeting at the front door to Danielle's help with my hurt back to Melissa just listening about being a woman, we had the best laughs! Security even laughed as I walked out the door, saying he could tell we were having a wonderful time by our laughs he heard outside! I love the consistency of the brand and customer involvement with each store and how these ladies went above and beyond to make our experience stand out on such a sad day. They were truly a blessing to my daughter and I so much that I had to make them brunch for Saturday. Hopefully, they enjoyed it.
