“I usually would never leave a review for a UPS store, but this one definitely stuck out. Usually dropping off amazon returns or packages at a UPS store is a pretty impersonal experience with the store trying to charge you an arm and a leg for everything. I was greated with kindness and warmth at this store and they even helped me out when I made a mistake with some amazon returns (not something a UPS store has ever done for me before). They definitely work to earn your business here, even in the short time you are in the store. I highly recommend this location!”

“I purchased a ceramic elephant and took it to the UPS to ship to Missouri. I was so excited and couldn’t wait for its arrival! When it arrived I was overwhelmed with excitement. I opened the box and my elephant was crumbled to pieces! I called the UPS store immediately and shared my sad story. Shana assured me not to worry and that I would be reimbursed.Reimbursement was the last thing on my mind! I wanted my elephant. I purchased another elephant and returned to the UPS and this time Shana and Travis assured me it would arrive in one piece. Three days later it arrived all in one piece!!!!! Now my elephant sits on my front porch in Missouri.Thanks to the “Exceptional Customer Service that was provided by two hard working people. They represent the establishment well!!”

“I always go to this location for my UPS business and they’re always really fast and easy going - I’ve seen them busy on several occasions and it’s always handled appropriately. But I’m here to write a review because today was rough and I had an interaction with the associate earlier that made my entire mood turn around for the remainder of the day.
