“They are friendly and helpful every time I go in. There is frequently a line which I am always amazed at how fast the service all of the customers. If the line becomes a bit long I have seen employees from the back step up to help handle the overflow. For how busy they stay and the array of customer requests they employees are always so professional and warm. It is really commendable how consistent they are with their service and efficiency. I am usually only dropping off prepaid and labeled packages which is what this review is based on. I choose to drive out of my way to use them especially during COVID because they are taking COVID precautions all employees wear masks properly and all the customers do as well. I feel safe and comfortable using this Fedex store.”

“So every time I come here, the service was always efficient and polite. Today a lady was upset with Tommy. I didn't witness most of her transaction. As far as I could tell, she was not skipped. When she asked for his name, he attempted to resolve whatever issue it was. She would not divulge her story and walked out. The staff, Tommy and myself were dumbfounded.
