“Cell phone was slammed full and bunged up and I came to get a new one...so amazing to have competent friendly effective human help in getting a new one selected and set up to work! They did not push accessories, etc. and they explained their prompt answers without my having to ask. There were three representatives there and they assisted me and a couple as a team. SO much better than guessing and having to scramble for 20 minutes when I inevitably guess wrong online!”

Cody was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. He answered all of my questions, made sure my phone transferred properly, and helped ensure my account was fully set up before I left the store. Customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciated how seamless he made the transition. “I should've typed this review up the same day we went to AT&T because I already forgot the young ladies name but I believe her name is Michelle. On 3/15/26 she helped my family purchase a new phone and apple watch along with some accessories. She was personable and full of knowledge. We noticed the store beginning to get crowded and saw how she remained calm (I wouldn't have!) and greeted each person that came in. My boyfriend had to return to the store about thirty minutes after we got home because there was something going on with his new phone (no fault of Michelle's, there was a computer glitch) and she was able to help him while the store was still busy. Please give her a raise! You must keep people like this because I will make sure to return to this location for future purchases and recommend this location to people I know. Thanks Michelle! It was a pleasure having you help us.”
