“I was in a really horrible mood when I went in today (Sunday, Feb 22, 2026) around 11 am. The two clerks, one black girl with a soft voice and pink nails and a guy with dark wavy hair, were so kind to me despite me being a stinker. Shout out to them.”

“Cell phone was slammed full and bunged up and I came to get a new one...so amazing to have competent friendly effective human help in getting a new one selected and set up to work! They did not push accessories, etc. and they explained their prompt answers without my having to ask. There were three representatives there and they assisted me and a couple as a team. SO much better than guessing and having to scramble for 20 minutes when I inevitably guess wrong online!”
