“Sam was amazing! We went today to switch 3 phones over from another carrier and move the same numbers over. We had trouble with one of the phones and our old carrier kept giving us different "solutions" to try. None worked but Sam took a great deal of time calling and talking and figuring out what was going on so we could get it done. It took awhile and that was ok. Sam was helping others quickly and getting back to us. He got the problems resolved and was very nice and very knowledgable. And now we're saving $100 a month and got it all done. Thanks, Sam!”
