“As a resident of the town of Davidson, I have noticed since moving here a little over four years ago, how very special, this little post office actually is in comparison with others that I have visited throughout my lifetime.I happen to love writing letters & sending mail including Christmas cards & Valentine’s.The staff at this location is always ready to help, and often times really friendly.The building is old and does smell musty so because I have asthma, I do struggle a bit with my breathing when I am in the building. I don’t know if they will ever be able to do anything about that.Overall, I give this post office five stars for their friendly service! PS I love the stamps!”

“This post office, hands down, has the best customer service of any post office I've been to in the country. Nadirah is amazing!!! She was attentive, efficient, and had an excellent attitude. My fiancé and I came in with 22 large items to ship, which we understand can be stressful, and she did not hesitate to help us. Prior to coming to this location, we went to the Harrisburg location and were met with two very rude employees who had terrible attitudes and a lazy work ethic. Nadirah was a breath of fresh air for us and helped us through the process swiftly and with a smile on her face. Additionally, our items were being shipped to benefit the Alzheimer's Association, and help toward a great cause, which Nadirah and her coworker acknowledged. What a wonderful employee to have! This location is incredibly lucky to have the staff they do. Thank you so much for not only providing good customer service, but also helping us to help the Alzheimer's Association.”

I can tell though that awful customers run them ragged with endlessly stupid questions and are never prepared with their packages or processes and want them to do it all for them or make everyone in line behind wait while they get it together! Dont be those people! If you need full service shipping go to ups! Lot of karens in the 1 star reviews”

“First impressions and customer service is everything at this location. Was greeted when I first walked in by Ms. Tonya and her assistants helped me get in and out using the machine (god sent) while on a lunch break, even had time to do a 5 minute survey. Will be coming this location again.”
“I went in for help to find where my package went. Turns out it isn’t at this location, but the lady inside was very helpful. She was working very hard and was doing it all alone. She was the best! I didn’t get her name, but she had really pretty flowers tattooed on her arm.”
“Idk how this location has such a low rating. It was great. Not busy AT ALL on a Friday afternoon. Person at the counter was very calm and friendly. Really easy to drop my package off for shipping. Even the box I needed was much cheaper than UPS and FedEx combined. Worst thing about this place is the literal location. It's at a very...not great intersection, weird turn into the parking lot. Would 100% come back”
