“I had a great experience at the Huntersville, NC Post Office on Gilead Rd, thanks to Karisha\! She was incredibly helpful and patient with me on two separate occasions\.

The first time, I accidentally put the wrong shipping label on a package I had already dropped off\. Karisha went above and beyond to help me retrieve it, and then walked me through how to download and print the correct label\. She handled the situation with so much patience and kindness, which really eased my stress\.

The second time, I was shipping a very large box and realized in the parking lot that I had run out of packing tape\. I only needed a few inches to finish sealing it\. Karisha kindly let me use her tape and even provided me with a receipt without hesitation\.

Her customer service was outstanding both times\. She was friendly, professional, and truly went out of her way to help\. I really appreciate her assistance and would highly recommend this post office because of employees like Karisha\!”

“The post man here is very nice & seems to be the only employee up front at least. Wednesday they do close early but there is a post office 5 minutes away heading to Harisburg.
Highly recommend as there is almost never a line more than 1 person. Good amount of Christmas packaging for sale & a PO box outside(cant fit anything too big) Almost don't want to leave a good review so my quiet neighborhood post office doesn't get busy ?”

“As a resident of the town of Davidson, I have noticed since moving here a little over four years ago, how very special, this little post office actually is in comparison with others that I have visited throughout my lifetime.I happen to love writing letters & sending mail including Christmas cards & Valentine’s.The staff at this location is always ready to help, and often times really friendly.The building is old and does smell musty so because I have asthma, I do struggle a bit with my breathing when I am in the building. I don’t know if they will ever be able to do anything about that.Overall, I give this post office five stars for their friendly service! PS I love the stamps!”

“Best Post Office around. Had to go to Williamson Road Post Office instead of my regular weekly trip to Mt Mourne. Never again. It was like the difference of January and July. Everyone at Mt Mourne is so friendly, warm and helpful. Love my little post office”

“I would like to give a review and appreciation for Tyler P, JAE, Jordan and DENEE. I am in a new apartment community and since I've been here, I've been having issues with getting my mail and Amazon packages. For some strange reason Amazon is using USPS to deliver packages over here. The problem is I'm not getting the packages because of the address, not being in your system or something like that. It's been very frustrating and I pay a lot of money for rent so I should be able to have all the services I'm supposed to have. But during the process today I came in to get a 45 pound package. First of all I have no business trying to lift or carry a package that big. Thankfully when I came in there Jordan helped track the package down because it was unclear where it was left in the facility. She was able to find it and Tyler P just so happened to be there and helped load the package in my vehicle. I also want to think JAE because she's the one that asked Jordan to help because she had a line of people. And I want to thank DENEE because she is the one working with my apartment managers to resolve the Mail issues. No one should ever have to worry about Mail or packages these days. But I understand things happen but I hope they get it together cause this is unacceptable. The other recommendation is this area area code 28262, there needs to be another post office. Your post office is too busy and has to help way too many people. All the taxes and money generated in North Carolina, there's no excuse why we should be lacking in services. Also, if you're having problems keeping employees you may want to consider learning how to treat employees and or increasing the pay. Times are hard out here and people just are not willing to work like Hebrew slaves. I just hope things get better cause this world is in chaos right now but if we started in our communities, we can make a difference so I wish you all the best and I appreciate Tyler P, Jordan, JAE, and DENEE for being such great employees and doing the best they can. Treat them well and give them a bonus especially Tyler P because I know he works hard. I have seen him out here on his routes and he is very helpful. So treat him Well.”

“First impressions and customer service is everything at this location. Was greeted when I first walked in by Ms. Tonya and her assistants helped me get in and out using the machine (god sent) while on a lunch break, even had time to do a 5 minute survey. Will be coming this location again.”

“I see a lot of negative comments, but my experience with this location was drastically different. I recently moved into the area and the cluster mailbox key was never given to me by the last owner. The post office staff set up a lock replacement, held all my mail. And they were courteous, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

Might be new staff. or more training. No idea. But whatever they are doing, please keep doing that.”
