“True was absolutely wonderful! She gave me a thorough tour, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt safe, comfortable, and knowledgeable about everything I needed to know. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire process. I really appreciate how much she went out of her way to make the experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing people… I just purchased a boat and wanted to store it locally so I have easy access to it when I want to use it…. Also when buying a boat it’s not a cheap proposition every time you turn around your it’s costing you money. They accommodated me with a very reasonable price so I could afford to keep my boat there. Not only is the place well run and clean I felt my boat was very secure and have easy access to it anytime I want it. Great people to work with highly reccomemd.”
“Becky Wes's so kind and courteous. Really enjoyed working with her. Been a customer for over 10 years and couldn't have picked a better place for storage. Highly recommend!!!”
“I am so impressed with your employee, Angie!! Every time I have been to my unit, I always see her cleaning and staying busy to keep your establishment in great condition. She is an exemplary employee and deserves extra recognition for her work ethic and great communication and helpfulness with your clients. She’s a great asset!”
“I had a great experience with the facilities as well as everyone who worked there. They were attentive, friendly and made the move in/out process hassle and stress free. They were always available to answer questions or help.”
“The customer service first all is top notch. The lady attendant - Trystyn - knew her onion , took time to explain everything effectively. She had a nice smile and tone to her voice. Easy access also to your unit. Great security. Friendly and decent storage members too.”

“I rent trucks from this location fairly often for my business. This is definitely not your average truck rental facility. The office is very nice and clean and the same with their rental trucks. I will say, they're not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for, right? The customer service and management is top notch and they really care about their customers! They've even delivered a truck to me before when our flight was delayed! Awesome job guys! Keep it up!”
“Hidden Storage gem on Old Statesville road adjacent to Mecklenburg park offers reasonably priced storage units. Availability is tough for roll up units but 8x20 storage containers are available. Cash only if paid in office but monthly recurring payments ate an option. 24 hour access. Bonus is the nice ladies who work inside the Farm Store and mini storage place. Highly recommend checking out store and renting a unit.”

“Everyone at this location I dealt with was great. Jamie was super helpful and responsive and Antonio and Isaiah had no issues getting the pod dropped off and picked up in a mountainous area. Very impressed with the guys on this side!”

“I’ve been a client of this storage unit for several years and they’ve always been so accommodating, super helpful and attentive so if I was looking for a larger unit or anything at all they’d be on the lookout for me and not forget. Top notch staff too, the best.”
