“I frequently shop Kohl's in Huntersville and absolutely love the variety of home items and cleanliness of the store. Everyone is welcoming especially There is one person who stands out to me every single time I see her and that is Ms. Ashley, she is always kind and patient and makes the shopping trip more personable. She greets you by name too. I shopped on Sunday 3/30 and watched how extremely helpful and patient she interacted with an older couple who had trouble with their card and navigating the app. It felt genuine and not forced, while waiting in line, Several customers walked in and out and they would greet each other by name. Which says alot. Thank You Kohl's for providing a great shopping experience and Thank you to the staff for offering a kind and comfortable experience to my older generation.”
