“I’ve been using this dry cleaner for over two years with no issues. Recently I thought I had my first problem: I picked up my suit and realized later that I had my pants, but the wrong jacket.
When I went back, they were apologetic, explained it rarely happens, and asked me to give them the ticket number and some time to contact other clients. We agreed that if nothing turned up in about three weeks, they’d cover the cost of my custom suit (over $600). Fair enough.
Fast forward—turns out my coworker had my jacket. He texted me a picture saying, “Hope this means you have mine.” (I didn’t. The cleaners did.) I called to explain and apologize for wrongly assuming they’d lost it. They couldn’t have been nicer. They even offered to clean my coworker’s jacket for free.
Bottom line: they handled the situation with patience, honesty, and grace—even when it turned out I was the one in the wrong. Good people running a good business.”

“I love this place. I can do eight loads with a big washer and dryer and they spin so efficiently and wash so efficiently. The dryers are great too. Machines take debit cards and credit cards or you can get a card from the service person exceptionally clean, well maintained and help. They are very courteous and helpful.”

“I have been attending for years, the service is excellent, the place is always very clean. The employees are professional and respectful. It is very organized and orderly. They have a reading area with books and a game on the wall for children . A nice quiet , safe environment. I love it here, sometimes they have free washers and dryer. They have a card after visiting 4 times, the 5th washer is free.”

They turn this routine errand into a nice experience. Since it became Elite Cleaners recently, we are pleased with the added features and changes. We appreciate the text we receive when are clothes are ready and the fact that we can write a live person back on the text if needed. They often have our clothes ready before the day promised; and although that is not expected, it is nice. The clothes are also packaged with extra care now.”

“I’ve been coming here several times, and it’s been a reliable spot to get laundry done. It may not be the cleanest laundromat—the inside could definitely use some better upkeep—but it gets the job done every time.
All the washers and dryers work, and there are usually enough machines available, though I’d recommend avoiding busy hours if you want more options to choose from. There is no bathroom.
A few things to note:
• If you use a card, there’s a $15 hold placed on it
• Wash prices are around $3.75 (light soil), $4 (medium), and $4.75 (heavy)
• Cycles include normal, permanent press, delicates, and bulky, with temperature options like hot, warm, and cold
There are sometimes homeless individuals around, but from my experience, they haven’t bothered me.
One suggestion: please add or improve the Wi-Fi—the connection can be spotty at times, which would make the experience even better while waiting on loads.
Overall, it’s a solid, dependable place to do your laundry—even if it could use a little more cleaning and maintenance.”

“I went to this cleaners because it was recommended to me by a friend who altered her wedding dress here. It was my first time altering a dress and I had about a week before my event. The dress was very long and it had a tail that I wanted gone. I also didn’t want to wear a bra and the dress fit me loose from the front and I also had by back portion that was standing out because it wasn’t fitted. This dress was very complex to fix and I was afraid not just anyone was able to do it and I was running out of time.When I went to this cleaner I was afraid that they would turn me away. I asked for it to be finished within a week and I explained my issues with the dress. I work two jobs and it was imposible for me to have time to get it fixed.They let me know they would do it and got my measurements. I was happy with my results and I didn’t have to wear a bra. The height was perfect because it didn’t drag in the floor but it was still floor length. I got lots of complements and my husband loved it!”
