Shavonda, who worked with me over the phone, was able to quickly get me set up with UBox delivery and pick up scheduling. When I needed to make a change in delivery, she took care of me in a professional manner. Keisha, who delivered the UBoxes, is a skilled truck and fork lift driver. She navigated neighborhood streets that we tight and curvy with no problems. As a result of the work os these people, I have been very impressed with my UHaul experience.”
