“This was my first time renting a moving truck. I decided to try U-Haul's Independence Boulevard location. Duke provided outstanding customer service.During my initial phone call, he patiently answered all of my questions. Once at the location, he walked me through the rental process. I appreciated that he mentioned some other helpful items (such as a furniture dolly and hand truck), but did not try to upsell these items.The rental went so well, I returned at a later date to rent another truck. Frank was very helpful then.I would definitely recommend this location to others. The staff is helpful and attentive. Duke and staff, keep up the great work!”

The general manager helped me with my concern as well when the app was giving me trouble and overall we were impressed with how much each employee there offered to help us when we were there. “Due to my job my family has had to move alot, so we've worked with Uhaul many times and this location was a cut above the rest when it comes to customer service. The team at this Uhaul is amazing! In particular, Frank was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! I had a particularly odd issue when I was moving from another state, which wasn't this Uhaul location's fault but they fixed us right up. Frank even stayed late at work to ensure we were well taken care of! The next time I need a truck or trailer I'm going straight to Frank and the team at this location. I highly recommend them!!”
