“Crystal went above and beyond getting us set up with a storage unit today. We decided to change the size after we saw the unit we had initially booked and she happily changed it, finding us the easiest unit of that size to access. We also had originally booked our U-Haul truck drop off at another location, but she went out of her way to change it to the location we were already at, saving us a trip. We can’t thank her enough for her patience and hospitality! She was such a bright stop in the stressful process of moving.”
“The UHaul team that worked with me was professional, efficient, responsive and pleasant. Shavonda, who worked with me over the phone, was able to quickly get me set up with UBox delivery and pick up scheduling. When I needed to make a change in delivery, she took care of me in a professional manner. Keisha, who delivered the UBoxes, is a skilled truck and fork lift driver. She navigated neighborhood streets that we tight and curvy with no problems. As a result of the work os these people, I have been very impressed with my UHaul experience.”
“I’ve rented from this U-Haul location (U-Haul Moving & Storage Of Uptown Charlotte -1224 N Tryon St) many times and have always had great experiences with zero issues.
Even during my most recent rental, when there was a hiccup, the way the team handled it truly impressed me. When I returned the truck, I mentioned the issue to the associate at the counter, and she immediately said she’d pass it along to her manager.
I fully expected to have to follow up myself, but to my surprise, the manager called me within about 30 minutes. He acknowledged what happened and made a very fair adjustment to my rental, which I really appreciated.
The professionalism, responsiveness, and overall customer care from this location were outstanding. I’ll definitely continue using this U-Haul location and would confidently recommend it to anyone in need of using any of their Uhaul services.”
