“The attendants were polite, explained options and pricing before beginning the repair. Repair was completed quickly while I waited in the clean air conditioned editing room.”
“I had a wonderful experience here. I called and spoke to Julie before I arrived. She said they were busy but could fit me in. They took great care of me and I did not feel any pressure to the suggestions they provided for future work. I will be back and highly recommend.”
“I've worked with both Chris and Bob and both have been excellent. Every time I have taken my vehicle it has been done in a timely manner with no reason to return other than to have more service completed in the future! I appreciate the open communication from everyone there informing me of any concerns with my vehicle and guiding me with the best options to have the work completed safely and efficiently. Thank you quick lane team !”
“Tommy at Firestone was very kind and friendly. I had a flat tire and was able to make it to him. He helped me in a timely manner on a very busy day. Thank you Tommy and the team at Firestone!”
