“I have a 2023 Chevy and I hate taking the car to the local dealer for repairs so I scheduled a brake service with this Firestone as a recommendation the company I work for. When I arrived, the older gentleman (I didn't get his name) asked me to explain what was happening with the brakes. He advised me that they would love to have the business, however it was in my best interest to take the car to a dealer for the repair since it appeared there was a bigger issue then just brake pads. The car is still under warranty and the repair could be expensive. He was honest and was looking out for my best interest. For all my other cars, that wins my business in the future for sure! “After a bit of neglect (on my part) of some preventative maintenance on my pressure washing equipment, it surprisingly started to run a bit rough and had trouble starting. Finally got it up to CSC in Indian Trail and I could not be happier! After an oil change, a new starter solenoid and a few other bits, it purrs like a kitten. The best part is I dropped it off and they had it done within a couple hours. I won’t be going anywhere else for any of my pressure washing needs!”
