“I moved from east Charlotte to Monroe right before Covid, took my daughter to explore our lil hick town. Came across this gem. Lil stand with a cash register and a mighty chihuahua she wouldn’t let me pet. But offered me a free glass of wine out of her college size cooler while I shopped. I fell in love. Five or seven years now I have seen this strong funny amazing human build something that brings friends and strangers together. She is amazing. Her workers are amazing. This is home, this is love. I highly recommend. The vendors are amazing as well. So many cool finds”

“I found Pure Barre Ballantyne through ClassPass and enjoyed my experience enough to move to a membership. All instructors have been kind and welcoming - shoutout to Allison S. for making me feel so comfortable in my first few classes. I really appreciate how they put in extra effort to learn names, encourage everyone during class, and utilize all 50 minutes so classes feel challenging but still approachable. There are plenty of time slots daily, 4 class styles, easy parking, and a user friendly app too.”

“I had an amazing experience shopping at Juicy Body Goddess. I found several outfits that look like they were made for me but for me it’s not about the clothes. It’s the experience. It’s feeling cared about. I loved that Cassidy went out of her way to make sure that I shined in the clothes and that they fit well. I get so many compliments on me every time I where an outfit I bought, typically about how beautiful I look and from other women wanting to know where I got my outfits. I make sure everyone knows where to go. It’s hard to go to other stores and everything feels like your trying to make it fit you or your forcing your body to look different to fit clothes that weren’t made for your body. Putting clothes on I wasn’t popping or being squeezed out of or are too baggy is the best. Thank you Summer and Cassidy for all you do, healing one big heart at a time.”

“I was on a day trip 3 hours away from home and was having trouble with my bra. That is not something that is easily fixed when you are my size. I called this Lane Bryant, and the worker was fantastic! I described my need and when I entered the store she had it ready for me to try on. It was a perfect fit and she helped me remove the tags so I could wear it out of the store. I wish I could remember her name. She was my angel that day!”

“I hadn’t been to Cato’s in a while - and honestly, I don’t know why I stopped going. There’s so much good stuff in there for great prices. It’s definitely giving work attire - and since I don’t go into the office anymore, I haven’t really needed that style. But still - they’ve got solid pants, jeans, skirts, shirts, jewelry, shoes - all at discounted prices.
I walked in randomly and ended up leaving with two items. The service was nice - the staff was sweet, the shopping experience was smooth, and the store was clean and smelled good. Might just have to start popping in more often.”

Cato has women's fashion, both regular and plus sizes, as well as costume jewelry and shoes, for reasonable prices. I appreciate being able to try garments on and most items are between $15 and $37.”
