Food Lion offers a generally positive shopping experience, with many customers appreciating its cleanliness, friendly staff, and well-stocked shelves. The store is a popular choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring a variety of prepared foods, fresh vegetables, and reasonably priced meats and wines. While the store can get quite busy, customers often find that the wait times are manageable, and staff are quick to open additional lanes when needed. However, some shoppers have experienced issues, such as missing items and problems with discounts, prompting them to double-check their receipts. Despite these concerns, recent improvements in customer service have been noted, with one manager receiving praise for her prompt and caring response to a situation involving a disabled customer. Overall, while there are occasional challenges, many customers continue to appreciate the overall service and selection at this Food Lion, making it a regular shopping destination.
It's was good. I was able to purchase the Food Lion Brand frozen vegetables I needed for a decent price. I enjoy these because the.packaging does not contain more ice than vegetables, like some brands do.
