I’ve been even more pleased with the complete experience working with Patrick after a water leak in our house required us to replace the kitchen. Patrick was very supportive and responsive. Great company, great people and great service!
I should have also said that Bobby, the installer, was outstanding and even came back the next day to drill the holes for the drawer/door pulls.”
“Let me first say I am a big fan of Hobby Lobby and it's virtues. But if you are looking for sewing machines or accessories, this particular store has a very limited inventory. The one in Wilmington has a far better selection.”

The selection can be hit or miss depending on when you visit, but that’s part of the experience with a discount retailer. Some trips you may find exactly what you’re looking for, while other visits may not have as many options.
The store is generally organized, clean, and easy to shop. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are often much better than what you would find at traditional retail stores.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that inventory can be inconsistent, and finding specific sizes or items can sometimes be challenging.
Overall, Ross is a great place for bargain shoppers who enjoy finding quality products at reasonable prices. With good deals, friendly service, and a wide variety of merchandise, it’s definitely worth stopping by.”
