“Great experience. No problems and pick up and drop off were simple. Quick easy process, very nice employee at desk. Five star rating, definitely would recommend to a friend.”
“All plans went accordingly, polite service, truck handled wonderfully, took advantage of drop box return . Would do it again. Best thing was not worrying about mileage if I got lost or made a wrong turn.”

“From start to finish all of the uhaul personnel were responsive and helpful on every aspect of my motorcycle trailer rental. Wish all locations were as top notch.”
“Rented a small moving truck today 4/7. Very nice ladies working the counter. Both were very helpful. I was in and out of the office and on the road quickly. Same thing with the return. Very efficient crew. Truck was clean and reliable. Thank you.”
“Another U-haul place canceled our reservation for a truck and we move tomorrow. The guy who works there was Able to squeeze us into getting a truck with an amazing price. The guy was super friendly and personable. I would definitely go here again!”
“Billie was awesome. She was professional and courteous. After having so many issues with the truck I picked up at another location it was nice to see some one who cared. 800 customer service phone was a joke. She is someone who wanted the make and right. If I ever decided to go rent from budget truck again it would be from that location. Plus she has nice trucks! Thanks Billle for everything.”
“ALOT more there that escapes the eye, family oriented plus one- showed me the greatest courtesy expected_ took time to hear me out. I am returning soon for my auto repairs!, great 2 just stop in unexpectedly and find something so special- I recommend more Travelers & commuters take a moment and see what they can do for you! B&ME”

“Outstanding experience at **U-Haul Moving & Storage of New River at 425 S. Marine Blvd.**
I made an error with my reservation, but the team fixed everything quickly, got my trailer hitched, and had me safely on my way in less than 30 minutes. That level of speed and efficiency was seriously impressive.
Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Their systems were organized, the entire process was seamless, and the customer service was second to none.
If you want fast, dependable service from a team that genuinely takes care of its customers, this is the U-Haul location to visit. Best experience I’ve ever had with rentals, period—five stars all the way!”
“Good service, always busy which is inevitable since your by a military base. The stuff knows how to deal with the overflow of people. I've been there at least 4 times to rent different things and it's always clean and in working condition.”
