“Good communication from start to finish of my DIY install. Came to my home, accessed the job, gave me tips and advice on my specific LP installation along with the different piping products available on the market. Tank delivery and set up went flawless, propane delivery's are on a set schedule that I can adjust to my specific needs. All interactions with company personnel were friendly and professional. Owner showed up at my home to oversee tank installation, answered my questions. Customer service at its finest! FYI - Can hire them to install the LP piping for you.”

The parking lot is very cramped. Not much anyone can do to fix that though.
Overall a great place to rent from, I usually only go for the auto transport but their other equipment looks well maintained and works well from what I’ve seen.”

“I called Jones to put in propane for my new generator. They did an outstanding job and got it done in a timely manner. Also had them connect up a propane tank I already had to the fireplace. We just bought the house and it was obvious the line had not been connected in many years. After connecting, they discovered that it was not working. They spent the better part of an hour discovering that the line had been dormant for so long that there was rust build up the line that was clogging gas flow. They took the time to get it cleared out and got the fireplace working. They could have just connected it up and left me to get it working. But no, they made sure it all worked before leaving. Took the time to troubleshoot the problem and got it fixed. I would highly recommend Jones Oil and Propane to my local neighbors and friends.Thank you Bobby and Tyler!”
