“I've been renting a climate controlled unit for a few years now. Front desk staff has been great to work with when I've had questions or need help. Facility is clean, no trash or bug issues, and well maintained. Pricing has been highly competitive versus some of the area options we checked. They have cameras all over and keyed gates for access, so feel my stuff is pretty secure and haven't ever had an issue. Recommend checking it out if you're needing a storage unit.”

“This place has been extremely kind and helpful in getting my mother a storage unit. The lady in the office always greets me with a smile and conversation. We somehow always end up laughing about something when I pay my mothers stage. Haven't had any issues with bugs or rodents. Building is always clean and maintained, and you can tell they keep up with pest control, I'd recommend this storage place to anyone.”
“The best storage place in Richlands/Jacksonville area. Had my camper stored here and was able to get out there and repair it right after the hurricane without any problems! The owner is so nice and helpful in any way. The entire staff here are absolutely amazing people and are now like good friends to me! They never gave me the run around and when they say 24/7 they mean it, there were many nights that I was out there working on my camper and they never gave me any issues for it. I also didn't make a huge mess when I was fixing my camper so keep that in mind before you decide to go out there to fix your vehicles. Be respectful of other people's property! They are affordable and secure.”

“I opted out of the government provided vehicle storage facility in Florida and used Semper Fi! storage instead. Semper-Fi made it easy to do business, communicate, pay the monthly storage fees, and the rates were extremely competitive. My vehicle was stored for 9 years and 2 months and I was expecting the battery to have lost charge, and possibly old fuel to be unusable. A transport company picked my vehicle up, and delivered it to my future home, and I was surprised to learn that the vehicle not only started, but ran and drove up onto the truck and off, under its own power. S/F storage did a great job taking care of my vehicle and later I found out they even replace the battery. Top notch service, outstanding company and if I needed to store another vehicle in NC, I would use Semper Fi again. Thank you for the service, "Above and Beyond".S/F!”

“I came to storage rentals of America so that they can take their insurance off and put mine on, Samantha the manager helped me and she was so knowledgeable, she knows exactly what she’s doing. Samantha also helped me when my key broke inside my lock and she came out after work hours, using a tool to break my old lock off . Overall, Samantha is a absolutely, wonderful manager. She saved the day for me.”
“Dempsey's is awesome especially if you need something last minute they have always had my odd ball request, when I am hoping they have whatever it is so I don't have to go to Walmart. Plus more than likely if there was a storm where civilization was locked down for a few days they are usually open and always friendly helpful and awesome.”

The owner even met me over there (40minute drive) to open my unit because I couldn’t find the keys. “Clean, gated and limited hours. 7a-9pm. But that's fine with me. Love that it's gated!!? Very clean and neat units.? Parking lot and surroundings are without garbage and inside of the unit had zero bugs or signs of vermin!!??? Just make sure you rent from these folks!! Not the nasty place down the block. Lori Osbourne was so accommodating and helpful. Because I'm a tech MORON and couldn't figure out the online app. She literally walked me through it!!? A total Saint in my book!! DON'T go anywhere else!!!? You won't be sorry to rent here!!??❤️”

The parking lot is very cramped. Not much anyone can do to fix that though.
Overall a great place to rent from, I usually only go for the auto transport but their other equipment looks well maintained and works well from what I’ve seen.”

Annette was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in getting me a last-minute covered vehicle storage after I failed to prepare myself for deployment. Due to the network outage from the tropical storm, she had many tasks to accomplish before closing but dropped what she was doing to assist even without an appointment scheduled. My storage units were spotless, and I highly recommend their service.”
