“Big Ben Moving and Storage is an exceptional facility for both personal and business assets. Our experience with them spans five years, starting back when the facility was known as Cargo Bay Storage. I can confidently say it is one of the cleanest storage facilities I have ever seen.
I recently went in to rent a second unit, and they thoughtfully offered me the space right next to our current one, which makes managing our items incredibly convenient. The teamwork at the front office was outstanding; the gentleman at the front desk greeted me with a high level of professionalism and was eager to help, and the young lady—who is the facility manager—stepped in to assist him with that same friendly, professional demeanor. They make a fantastic team. As a long-term, highly satisfied customer, I cannot recommend their business and leadership enough!”

“The location has many options and sizes for units. When I called their number, the representative made things very easy and the process to obtaining a unit was fast. The billing portion was simple, and they provided easy and clear instructions on how to go about entering/exiting. If you need something last minute, they can help you out. Would recommend for anyone.”
“The best storage place in Richlands/Jacksonville area. Had my camper stored here and was able to get out there and repair it right after the hurricane without any problems! The owner is so nice and helpful in any way. The entire staff here are absolutely amazing people and are now like good friends to me! They never gave me the run around and when they say 24/7 they mean it, there were many nights that I was out there working on my camper and they never gave me any issues for it. I also didn't make a huge mess when I was fixing my camper so keep that in mind before you decide to go out there to fix your vehicles. Be respectful of other people's property! They are affordable and secure.”
“Highly recommended for vehicle storage and climate controlled storage! I used the climate control storage facility to store my household items for nearly 10 years with zero issues. Many times I forgot my fob or forgot my combo and someone was always there to help! I kept my truck at their DMO approved storage facility for 5 1/2 years while serving overseas. My truck looked the same as the day I dropped it off! Tim took great care of my truck and his team sent additional updates for my piece of mind. Several times my auto-pay stopped and the team were ALWAYS helpful and never treated me badly even when i owed money. I always felt they care more about the peole than the money. GREAT customer service! Thanks for your many years of taking care of my property! RDT”
“As a Plumbing company owner, I always need extra space to store stuff. Water heaters, pipes and products for a job that's upcoming. The office manager is super friendly, courteous and understanding. The place is secure, always clean and I've never had any problems coming and going.”

This is a great company with great people who know their craft very well, and deserve your business!
The bad review left is blaming a transportation company for the poor quality paint and flooring that was used in that home.

They are the odd duck out on a great company. If it was a brand new home I don't know why you are asking the transportation company to fix things like paint and flooring instead of hitting up who built the home for you

“Clean, gated and limited hours. 7a-9pm. But that's fine with me. Love that it's gated!!? Very clean and neat units.? Parking lot and surroundings are without garbage and inside of the unit had zero bugs or signs of vermin!!??? Just make sure you rent from these folks!! Not the nasty place down the block. Lori Osbourne was so accommodating and helpful. Because I'm a tech MORON and couldn't figure out the online app. She literally walked me through it!!? A total Saint in my book!! DON'T go anywhere else!!!? You won't be sorry to rent here!!??❤️”

“Eric needs the process is very easy and every time I go in there, he is hard at work. I appreciate his kindness and how helpful he was to help me find the right unit. We need more like him in the community. He has answered every question I needed, and if he didn’t know, he went and found out, but most of the time he knew every answer. Definitely recommend getting you a storage unit on Center Street.”

I recommend this place and yes he does ask a lot of questions but that’s his job. He’s not trying to figure out what you have. He’s trying to give you an estimate on how big you might need a storage unit. Plus that’s his job to ask. But overall I recommend it he helped me a lot. Nice dude, yall just need to learn how to talk to people without being offended by everything.”

Annette, the Facility Manger, was more than understanding on my situation having to downsize my unit after coming back from deployment. The units that ive had were amazing and with no issues on my end. The A/C worked the whole time and the seal of the doors were tight
enough to prevent bigger insects from invading my unit.”
