“I’ve been to many bb&t/ truist banks in Wilmington, Fayetteville and Jacksonville. This one is the absolute best. Lisa and Kiko are always so helpful. Lisa helped me get my credit card set up, and Kiko was there to help me when I had questions! A lot of other banks get frustrated when I bring in lots of small bills to count, these ladies are all so patient and kind, even in busy times. (I wish I could remember all of their names!).”

“So I personally liked this bank and loved their credit card. Never a problem for the most part and easy to deal with whether in person or having to call online support for help with banking issues. Only reason why I left is because I can not justify a bank charging me money to have an account when I’m giving them money of mine to hold knowing they are taking it and investing it to make money of their own. They use everyone’s money as leverage to make money. So why charge for having an account? It’s called greed. Don’t tell me it’s because it costs money. Yall make billions of dollars in profits. So please. Other then that, this is a great bank.”
