I think her name is laquanza(if spelled right) I never seen her before until November of 2025 a bright and very passionate individual she helped me and greeted every customer that came into the store. And still today she remains the same. The store is more peaceful and stocked. She greet and helps alot. She brought life into that store. Before it was all men and they was not friendly and they did not have customer service at all. The store manager i still see him and I see a change in him since she have been in the store. He is also now smiling more and they work together well. To hear the cashiers talk about her is golden. They really like her. She is a Gem!!! DOLLAR TREE PLEASE KEEP HER AROUND AND SHE NEED A RAISE OR SOMETHING MAYBE A STORE OF HER OWN. I WOULD DEFINITELY SHOP ANYWHERE SHE IS AT.”
“Crafting on a budget? This is the place to pick up supplies and some inspiration. In case you didn't know: YouTube has some great videos about crafts using dollar tree finds check some of them out then plan a trip to the dollar tree; and pick up some snacks while your there. It may break your diet but it shouldn't break your budget. Happy crafting!”
“Great looking store. Allllll the staff my daughter and i encountered was wonderful and so friendly! Also a better selection than some DT. The woman working the checkout with the great vibe and individuality was kind and friendly! There was another employee that was a female walking around stocking shelves and was even letting us know about neat things they had just put out on the shelves and discounted area. This is tied or above our usual DT. Great job ladies!”
“Whenever I need something usually they have it at this store if not then one of the other dollar Trees have it. But I must say $1.25 for any size mason jar is the best and there way higher in Walmart. Now there starting to sale motor oil again I'm just waiting to see when the automatic transmission fluid is gone hit the shelves and for a $1.25 you can't beat that compared to Walmart.”
“I swore off dollar tree a long time ago, due to the obvious, dirty store and horrible staff however I am here to report GREAT NEWS!! The store is the MOST IMMACULATE dollar tree I have ever set foot in, ALL of the managers were more than helpful and supportive while I was in there…It honestly felt like a “home away from home”! Just on the way I was acknowledged and treated. If ANYONE needs a dollar tree go to the one in Southwood square on south main in highpoint nc!!!! I will be coming back ONLY TO THIS STORE!! No I don’t live close”
“Excellent experience!! My sister and I were Christmas Shopping and I mentioned that I needed a very small Christmas bag. This great salesperson by the name of Kiana brought us the size bag because she overheard our conversation. She was outstanding, professional and positive!! We loved our experience in this store. Kiana was even our cashier when we checked out and we told her how great our experience was. She is an asset to your organization. My sister lives in Greensboro and says she will come out of her way to shop here regularly!!”
“Stopped by here on the way to The Patriot Disc Golf course. Was able to find what we needed and the store was one of the cleanest we seen. Very few boxes of inventory in the isles and friendly staff.”

“I was they're shopping yesterday and probably was the nicest Dollar tree I've ever been to. The ladies that work there were excellent extremely helpful every time I ask something that I could answer for me I enjoy the experience I had there which I've also found that at most dollar tree is the workers seem to be happy to be there. It appears to be a great place to work for although I imagine the people that you deal with daily there could be quite the loan. But I wish I would have remember their names but I do not but they were great whoever worked the shift at 12:00 to 2:00 on Tuesday there especially the taller black lady at the register she was phenomenal. I definitely would recommend anyone and Thomasville around there to go there if they want a Dollar tree.”
“Called the store today to inquire an item and the store clerk Brandon volunteered to go check the shelves to ensure he was giving my accurate information. Simple things like that shows that you appreciate your customers....Kudos to Brandon!”
“I've recently visited the Dollar Tree on Groometown Rd. I was on a mission to find items for a paint party. Upon entering store #09348 I was greeted warmly by the employees. I asked for acrylic paint ? and a very kind lady showed me which aisle I needed to be on. She went over and beyond helping me and giving me ideas. I didn't see the paint trays and she stopped what she was doing to look in the back for me. I later found out that the kind lady that was assisting me was the manager of the store. She was getting off and I had a lot of bags and she even assisted me with taking my bags to the car. Kerna is a jewel and a keeper. Her store is very clean and organized in which I love.
Great customer service is rare now, but my experience at this store was exceptional and worthy of the praise.

“The best dollar tree in the whole triad hands down. We always go there in the event time and the same guy is always working. He is super nice very friendly which is way different than other dollar trees. That man knows customer service and deserves a raise! I live in Trinity and will pass other dollars trees in my route to this one..”
“customer service here is way better than the other two dollar tree’s down the road and many others ive been to as well. a whole lot cleaner, too just not always fully stocked. still have a great variety of deals and great buys, though. been going there on and off for some years now, some of the people who work there arent always very pleasant but those are the ones that seem to be a blip on the radar working there. any of the management has always been wonderful, especially the older woman with the short hair who i believe is one of the assistant managers. shes always hard at work and focused on what shes doing. also shout out to the store manager who is always an absolute joy whenever i come in and also always working her behind off to keep that store in motion!!”
“This Family Dollar is perfectly stocked and organized! The Manager Annie and all her wonderful staff deserve some recognition for all their hard work. “I shop at this Dollar Tree very often. I can usually find everything I'm looking for. I really like the staff.
The inside of the store is always clean and well organized. But the outside parking area is a big mess though. There's a lot of trash that needs to be cleaned up around the store and in the parking lot. Other than that, it's great!”
“This Family Dollar is larger than most other stores if it's name, and also well stocked. We found things there that we had not seen in the other locations. Manager was nice to us too. The employees seemed happy to be working there. Overall, it was a good dollar store type experience. I'm sure we will be going back sometime again soon.”

“Every time I come in, the workers are always hard at work, the store remains clean, and the shelves always stopped. I got up to the counter one day and realized that I was very short on my purchase and the manager, Sarah, came over and paid the rest of my balance for me of a total of $15! She seen that I was in a very bad spot and I was needing cat food and hygiene products that I would normally never go to the dollar tree for, but had to that day because of my low finances and she literally paid it for me. What a godsend she must be to all of her workers. I will forever go back to the dollar tree over all of them now and look forward to paying it forward for her kindness.”
“This location ALWAYS has friendly staff working. Whatever manager does the hiring, they need a raise or promotion, they have a knack for hiring friendly staff. That is awesome with hiring customer facing staff.
Aside from the wonderful staff, this store is always clean and tidy, very easy to shop.
I realize store layouts and selection vary, but I often find myself disappointed when visiting other Dollar Tree's because their selection is never quite the same as this location. You guys have me spoiled and I like it.
This location always has a wait time for the register but that's because it is always frequented by a lot of customers, not much you guys can do about that (I work retail so I understand budgeting, etc)
This store always has a great look and feel and the staff align with the hometown feel that High Point has, keep it up!!!”
“Never had an issue with this store. Everyone I've met working there has always been very kind. The store is usually really clean and no clutter UNLESS a truck with new stock has come in. It would be nice if the people complaining about the stock boxes out in the isles realize that Dollar General stores only require 2 employees to be on duty in the entire store. It would probably be more wise to contact the corporate office and suggest them implementing a better stocking system rather than piling it all on 2 employees who are also ringing up a long line of customers.”

“Excellent customer service, friendly and inviting atmosphere!! I went to 4 locations looking for the sale on lawn chairs, no such luck after leaving this location. I doubled back around to Archdale and there were 2 chairs returned but one was cracked in the back! Buy 1 get 1 free.. after debating I settle and did not want the broken chair and ended up with help from cashier and manager with my decision! These 2 ladies were top notch helper and so friendly!! Shop this location , I guarantee you will walk out with a smile! Thanks for doing what your are suppose to do even if no one is watching!”

Usually all the carts with stock are so crammed down the isles you can't walk by, nor can you find anything. At this location everything was placed exactly where it neededto be & super neat .Melissa, Krista & Kalee were friendly & helpful & super sweet!”

“Since they have employed a new manager and did a complete new layout of the store, I do not mind shopping in this store. The staff is always helpful, courteous and friendly. Rarely do you see the isles packed with stock waiting to be put on the shelves (like the other DG). The store is always clean.”
