He was able to answer all my questions and encouraged me to take my time as he shared information about the different products that I wanted. I felt that he really wanted me find the mattress that was just right for me and within the price range that I had mentioned. He was such a caring young man that it didn’t even bother me to spend a few more dollars when he asked me to consider the features of a set that was a little more than my set budget. I took his recommendation because I believed he really was very genuine in wanting me to have the best that I could afford and most of all I didnt feel pressured to make a quick decision nor was I approached in an overly aggressive manner. I will certainly refer others to ask for Jalen Spellman who is the most courteous customer focused salesman I know!”

“My dad needed a new mattress and he hadn't been mattress shopping in many years. So, we went to Mattress Warehouse thinking we'd see what they had and get a feel for what he liked, he wasn't sure he was ready to buy. Kaleb was helpful from the moment we walked in the door. He is very knowledge about the mattresses and helped walk us through the showroom floor. He made us feel like he really wanted my dad to get the best sleep of his life. Dad bought a mattress that I'm sure he will be very happy with. This store is great! (I also enjoyed talking with the store manager who was also there today.)”

“Our experience at this furniture store was definitely a 5 star experience! When we first arrived, we entered the store and were greeted by a sweet young girl. We were concerned at first because we did not want to experience the typical sale person experience like you would find at a car dealership. To our surprise, Victoria, although young, was extremely knowledgeable in this field. She allowed us to have our freedom to roam and did follow up for questions on different pieces. We explained that we were shopping for a new home and different rooms. The more we spoke with her we found her knowledge and expertise was inviting and very helpful. She understood exactly what direction we were heading with interior design and was able to lead us to several different options that would work for us. She was able to help us figure out room size and furniture fittings as well. We left feeling so good as we had been struggling to find the right pieces for our new home. This store was wonderful with soo many options but we have to say the time Victoria spent with us and her lovely personality and knowledge made the experience Gold Star! Thank you Victoria!”

We took advantage of their free design service where they came out to take pics of our house and show us what the new furniture would look like styled out by Kayonna. I would highly recommend them! They were able to show us how to place furniture into our somewhat awkward floor plan. We also loved the protection plan that is available as we have pets. It’s a great reassurance!”

She was thoughtful, patient, and did everything she could to ensure we were able to take advantage of every offer and sale.
We have purchased 2 beds over the last 2 years and the last was an adjustable, but the problem still arose about what level of firmness and what position hubby and I wanted to sleep in. As you can assume, we’re complete opposites in sleeping styles, and shopping for a mattress has been exhausting. I finally had the bright idea of trying a sleep number so that we both could get exactly what we wanted without compromising comfort. We left excited about our purchase and looking forward to getting better sleep with a new bed.”
