“I called the office to verify that they accept gently used books. The staff was very nice and provided instructions about the donation drop off location (behind building). When I pulled up and honked (per sign posted), I was cordially greeted by staff and they carried the box out of my trunk. In my experience, they always offer to give you a receipt of your donations. Overall, this is a good way to give back to the community and I hope someone else can enjoy a good reading.”

““Rich grandma donated her stuff here” Nice little thrift store with fair prices. Saw Ariat riding boots, several kids princess dresses, needlepoint chairs. Well curated, no trash. Antiques in the back (priced kinda high and some of the “antiques” really belong up front in the thrift area). When someone asked incredulously about a seemingly average $40 wood dining chair, the male clerk said “it’s probably worth more, it’s old. And we have high overhead and care more about the mission” and they left without the chair. ??‍♀️”

“I loved the design and decor of the shop. It hinted to the types of cute and interesting clothing that could be found there for all shapes, sizes, and styles. The prices were very reasonable. They had a rack where everything on it was a dollar! The clerk was kind and welcoming . She really made you feel at home. Loved it!”

“Pierced Ministries is the type of thrift store that is worth visiting because you might just strike gold! Their items are very well priced ($1.5 - $3 for most clothing items). The staff have always been extremely kind and welcoming to me. They have also been putting in effort to optimize their store layout and keep it tidy, which I really appreciate! It’s definitely akin to goodwill—there is onbrand, off brand, and everything in between here. A thrift store is only as good as its donations, so donate your items today to contribute to this charity!”

“Several years ago I volunteered at Freedom House. It was a wonderful experience and they are Christians, dedicated to giving new opportunities to young women and their children. I am so pleased and thankful for their faithfulness.Faye Carmichael”

“This is by far the best store around, great customer service and management goes above and beyond to make customers happy. As for the negative comments about donating, they come from entitled people who think the world revoles around them and have no patience or understanding of policies or procedures. Of course they're not going to accept donations 15 minutes after they close, they're closed. They are trying to clean up and go home. Who is still trying to donate at 8:15 at night anyway? lmao”

“There is these joyfulness and gladness you feel (Free-Minded) when knowing the Forex/Binary Broker or trader your working with is a lawful, legitimate and legalized expertise in his field, Mr Billy Mike by name. What I just received I’m not surprised tho cause I've been getting it always on a weekly basis which I started my trades with a capital of $500 into Billy’s company/platform and made a successful withdrawal of $7,450 after 7 days trade. Mr Billy Mike had really transformed and changed my financial status completely I’m so indebted. Contact Billy at What’s-app: +1 (904) 701-8384 Email: [email protected]

“Looking for a great thrift shop?? This is one of my Saturday stops!! Lots of great items! Follow on social media for special events. Name brands galore!! Shoes, clothing, houseware items!! They have it all. Friendly, and a great value.”

“Plenty of variable quality merchandise! You need to be really careful with your purchases! I bought a backpack and once I got it home I noticed that the straps were barely hanging on! I used it one time and they pulled out! YIKES MAN! Now, I can see, so I can probably repair this by tacking them back to the body of the backpack. But this is a lesson about how you really need to inspect what you purchase before you leave the store. Still, I am living on a Social Security Disability check so this beats paying full price for things any day!”

“I enjoy taking all of my donations here because they do amazing work with their money. So often recovery programs cannot accomodate children. I can only imagine how many more women are served because they will have a safe space with their children. This organization serves their community well and is truly a blessing. Not to mention how fun it is to browse every time I make a donation.”

“I love going to shop at the Goodwill because you never know what you will find there. Always different stuff put out everyday and it's a little exciting to go and explore. However I'm not happy with how their prices have increased so much within the last year or so.”

“One of my weekly rituals is to go thrift shopping and I don’t let it ride to go by without going to check in the Salvation Army on gate city Boulevard.Every Friday I find an eclectic variety of goodies from clothes to housewares to designer pocketbooks. Everywhere I go I can ask about the outfits that I wear and nine times out of 10 on the days that they asked me the most. I got it all shirt, pants, shoes, and purse from the Salvation Army in mint condition— often times brand new with tags on it and the price is B from free to cheap that anyone can afford on any budget.Mts Ivy and her staff don’t play. The layout of the floor and the visuals are beautifully done by Miss Brenda and I always get an idea of what to wear my what she puts up on mannikins It’s one of my favorite places and they help me with my wardrobe while I’m helping them help families in need. A perfect service work cycle all in the yoke of giving us commanded by our father.I don’t know about any other Salvation Army in here is a gym and I love that it’s only two blocks away from my house”

“I don't know why I ever stopped shopping here in my 20's. I will go here first and almost always find something. Reduce and reuse and save! I always find a treasure or two or three...or more. It is crazy to me what people get rid of sometimes. Really good vintage finds the past few weeks. And vintage is baaaack baby! Kids shoes brand new with tags the other day. Just wish they did discount days- hope that will be a thing soon. A full patio set for $10-$30 a piece. Housewares galore.”

“Ever changing merchandise. Decent, not great prices. The management seems to be getting proud of their stuff. Too bad, since this is close to the lower income side of Kville. Since they get the stuff for free, you would think they would have half off days and othet fun instead of just throwing it to the bins.”
