Phillip helped me and was very nice and professional. When I filled out the survey that was sent to me by text I accidentally chose very dissatisfied by mistake but meant to choose very satisfied but I couldn't go back to correct it so hope it doesn't look bad on him but I also typed at the end what I had done by accident
