“Excellent place to take any type of emergency vehicles to have equipment installed. They do a top-job on their installation and will work at a fast pace. “In the process of switching from Metro to T-Mobile phone and internet a glitch occurred that locked up the phone completely. Angie, Bindu went above and beyond trying attempting to get the problem resolved. The 1st day they alone spent 11 1/2 hours, including 1 1/2 hours after closing trying to work it out to restore my service. In the long run I was w/o any phone service for 10 days and T-Mobile had to have the problem escalated to Administration Tier 3 before the glitch was resolved and my phone service restored.
I appreciate all of the efforts by T-Moble but it was a as Angie and Bindu that exercised great patience, diligence and customer service to get it done.

“When you try to sell a phone everyone is looking to get the most money they can get. I have called numerous stores about my iPhone 7 +, everyone wants to lowball me. They tell me it's an old phone and they tell me it's not in good condition or it's not worth much because it's been used. Finally I called Cash for phones and all I was asked was what is the model of the phone you are trying to cell, what is the condition is the ESN clean or bad, then he explained how the process works which was completely understandable and I received $500 cash within 2 hours of me making that call and it only took maybe 5 to 10 minutes. The owner Jeff even met me to pick up the device. It was simple and unlike any other store. Every other store wanted me to come to them. It was a very quick and simple process, I walked away with plenty of money, no stress and a smile on my face. Next time I am ready to sell my phone I will definitely give Jeff a call. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. If you have a phone that is new or used, clean ESN or bad ESN, he will buy it. Thank you Jeff and I look forward to doing business with you sometime in the near future.”
