“When you try to sell a phone everyone is looking to get the most money they can get. I have called numerous stores about my iPhone 7 +, everyone wants to lowball me. They tell me it's an old phone and they tell me it's not in good condition or it's not worth much because it's been used. Finally I called Cash for phones and all I was asked was what is the model of the phone you are trying to cell, what is the condition is the ESN clean or bad, then he explained how the process works which was completely understandable and I received $500 cash within 2 hours of me making that call and it only took maybe 5 to 10 minutes. The owner Jeff even met me to pick up the device. It was simple and unlike any other store. Every other store wanted me to come to them. It was a very quick and simple process, I walked away with plenty of money, no stress and a smile on my face. Next time I am ready to sell my phone I will definitely give Jeff a call. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. If you have a phone that is new or used, clean ESN or bad ESN, he will buy it. “Josh and Tim are truly caring spectrum representatives. My mom was on the phone for at least a week talking to spectrum representatives. On the phone they could not help her, one lady was irritated with my mom and so I got on the phone to see if it was true. And it was, she wasvery irritated with me, and so we went to the Spectrum store on Roxie Street in Kannapolis. Josh was so caring professional and cordial in his dealings with my mom. He took care of her service issue promptly and made sure she was good before she left the store, and the other rep Tim was very friendly and caring also. Spectrum please keep hiring individuals like these two that’s how you keep customers loyal and new customers coming. JOSH KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!”
