“I am writing regarding an employee named Johnny at the Kannapolis location in North Carolina. Unfortunately, I did not write a review previously on another order where he has serviced me with the exact same level of exceptional care and distinguished professionalism. The Link had expired by the time I recalled it I actively made a purchase today upon seeing johnny just to provide this review and positive feedback about an employee who most certainly deserves to be recognized and rewarded for all of their hard work and dedication as well as going above and beyond for all customer concerns myself and others I see him assist and uplift. I am a frequent customer at this location and have been since I was a little boy, and I have never received such exceptional, consistent, quality, customer service and assistance from an employee. I spent many years working as an electrician before migrating to a corporate environment, and this gentleman displays the knowledge of his store, location, and inventory as if he is a tradesmen and he conveys level professionalism, customer care, and consistency that would not be out of place at a high level, corporate position in a financial institution or insurance agency. The amount of impact you have to make consistently for a customer to purchase something just to get a fresh review. Link must be immeasurable, and I hope that speaks volumes to the content of his character and the quality of his work you’re more than welcome to contact me regarding this experience, or any others at this location as I’m always happy to speak on positive interactions and commend those who create them and Johnny is a prime example of that snd staple of this location and I would not have taken the time to write this review or have answered the survey if it was not for the quality service and genuine concern that Johnny shows for not just me, but the three customers before me and the three customers after me every time that I come to this location. It is easy to forget for customers, employees, and management that these large fortune 500 companies exist, operate and thrive based on the Cumulative efforts Of outstanding individuals. Johnny wakes up gets out of bed, comes into work and does more than his part every single shift and I regret not speaking on this earlier with my previous interactions.”
