“I went to the outdoor section to pick up some gravel for a hole we will be filling - I had my toddler who also fall asleep right as we were about to get out (so my hands were full pushing the stroller). I find the Lowe’s worker already helping another couple so I wait and after 3 mins of lifting heavy bags of rocks, she immediately helps me. It was hot, no one else seemed to be on the floor and she had such a great attitude.”

“Best decision ever to pay the install fee. I installed our own floors and have done a lot of house work myself. However, I knew our old dishwasher had some sketchy DIY electrical work that was still hard wired into our home. Lowes sent Ben to uninstall, hall away, and replace our old dishwasher with a brand new one for the low flat service fee. We even gave them a heads up that we knew it would be a mess and Ben handled it with such safety and care! He was respectful, considerate when talking through options for removal (involved safety calls from the previous house owners unsafe set up), and spent the whole morning fixing a HUGE undertaking with speed and precision. He went above and beyond. We are so thankful for him, his work, and our safe dishwasher!”
