Terrible wait times for business transactions .Not enough staff to take care of clients , We have to get back to our business and cannot wait 45 minutes to make deposit and get change .

Two employees running a bank lobby and two drive thru lines on a Friday? That is the classic example of poor scheduling and management. Seems to be the norm for this location. 11 people waiting no sense of urgency.

Stay away from Truist. They hold checks without saying why
