“Since every single interaction I've had at this bank has been positive, I'm really shocked at the low Google rating. I've been banking at this location since January 2020 and everyone from the tellers to the upper level folks have been kind, efficient, and really made sure they helped. I'm just a librarian, not some wealthy business woman with clout in the community, so it means a lot that they have treated me like my business matters every time.Also, extra appreciation goes to Jacob Stanley who most recently helped me with some confusing paperwork and was absolutely fantastic.”
“I mean they aren’t that bad. A lot is left to be desired. But they are the most consistent. Enter a location and 9/10 your problems are solved. On the security side, they go too far, locking your account at random it seems, but better safe than sorry i guess. Don’t expect well integrated technologies or special offers.
If you don’t use this as your primary bank you won’t get any benefits but I would still recommend having an account here so at the least you can say, “there’s always allegacy.” There’s no penalty to just keeping $5 in it for the rest of your life”
