“I love Truliant! In the two years I have been a member, I have been more than pleased with the services offered and the way I've been treated. My only complaints are the fee for insufficient funds is extremely high, which puts one further in the hole and makes it even more difficult to recover, and there is not a branch or ATM close to my home. Otherwise, I am extremely satisfied being a member of Truliant Federal Credit Union.”

“This was a an outstanding event. Greeted at the door with the great staff and President Dion was right there to meet and greet everyone. He made sure to meet each and every one who came in. We had a wonderful conversation with him. The refreshments were delicious and something for everyone.They made sure that you know how they appreciate us being members and we are so proud to be members of Piedmont Advantage. Love you All!”

“The employees here all of them are very helpful Julia Childs is very nice and works with you on anything you need very informative very pleasant I enjoy visiting this employees credit Union they can do anything from a savings account to a mortgage they have children's accounts they have bus drivers summer savings accounts they can explain that to you and the percentage rate on their MasterCard is a very good rate you do have to work for the state or the or the Federal police department bus drivers once you have a relative there you can join if you put $25 into a savings account you remember for Life long as you keep it active you can't beat some of their interest rates and stuff just talk to them you'll be surprised”

“HI LAGOOGLERS!!! State employee's credit union is an amazing bank. Yes they are still a bank and banks make money but the Definitely help their members. They have some top tier life elevating services and I DO NOT recommend messing things up with this financial institution. This particularly SECU was really clean and inviting. The atmosphere was a total vibe!! Thee best kind especially around the holidays. Its always a plus too walk into a bank that has a good vibe especially when they are housing your funds. Also i be annoyed as all hell walking through those doors on bill pay days ?? but anywayzzzz the employees here are so amazing even when they are short staffed they provide great A customer service. ? meka and cj are always welcoming with warm helpful smiles. ? that trained with willy wonka nem at the chocolate factory too with the chic fil a workers. ?the establishment was also well decorated for the holidays. Everything was well put together and just so festive!!”

Every retail person or customer service person could take lessons from Claudia K. I was greeted upon entering Truliant and was treated with the upmost respect. The transaction was quick and on point. “My normal branch shut down and this is the only other one I know close by so after several years of not visiting, I made the trip over. This is the corporate office so it is very big and a little intimidating but everyone is super nice and will direct you where to go. I didn't have a wait and since last being in a branch, you can now sign in for your scheduled appointments on a tablet or go straight to the teller. I was in and out in less than five minutes, which was wonderful. I guess this is my new home branch.”

“Excellent service and help people that nobody wants to help, like always, when some body is unhappy go straight to put bad reviews, I know a lot of people who do business with Latino including myself and very happy not issues. They have some rules and guide lines that they have to follow to help the customer if you don't meet those requirements like any other bank definitely they can't help you.”

“I set up my palm scan at a branch and then it didn't work at another branch's ATM. Today the ATM here wouldn't let me make a deposit. It let me go though all the steps but then it showed this message on the screen: "We're sorry, teller review for your transaction is unavailable at this time. Please visit during our business hours for teller assistance." Well, this was today, Tuesday, November 30th at 12:19 PM so it was well within their "business hours." There should be no reason for "teller review," and we are supposed to be able to use the ATMs 24/7 anyway so WTH?!? So annoying. I had to get back in one of the three open lines and make my deposit that way. Ridiculous.”

“I've been with Allegacy about a year and a half since merging into my wife's account once we got married. I honestly can't believe no one told me what I was missing! Hidden fees and poor customer service were just "the norm" to me at my previous bank so Allegacy has been such a breath of fresh air! I've been to multiple locations and can vouch, they hire exceptional people, and they really CARE. North Patterson is my home branch and it's always a pleasure to stop by if there's something I can't already do on the app/website.Well done!”

“This is so much better than my Suntrust/Truist experiences. I find Allegacy's customer service and business model/practices to be far superior to Truist. However, I do think that the phone situtation with this bank and others I have used needs to be vastly improved. The push to get everyone to do everything online is not always the best approach. Whether it is the lackings of the online system or something personal to the person calling in, sometimes phones are the most efficient way to solve an unusual issue. Treating people that call in as second class citizens by making them hold and putting through a gauntlet of phone prompts can be infuriating. I love online banking capabilitites but phones still have an important spot in the customer service process.”
