“Giving a 5 Star only for the branch manager named Vinny/Vincent.Other then that PNC bank has been a horrible experience. The fact that when someone that cant or doesn't want to help you just transfers to someone else only to have your call drop. This happened to me 3 times (Spent over an hour trying to find someone that could help me) and got so bad that I actually drove to the actual bank to get issued a refund for an over charge.”

“I enjoy interacting with the State Employees Credit Union. They are fast, polite and most of the time willing to make the extra effort. The rates are typical for the area. The building was in immaculate shape. No line at this location and it was the lunch hour. This place get 5 thumbs up! Check it out today if you qualify for membership. Note: I did not take pictures because I did not want the employees to think I was casing the place. Recommend!”

“My wife and I have been banking with this bank for years. We were glad to see the same friendly faces when the bank changed from SunTrust to First Horizon. The 5-Star customer service we have always received from Ashley Snead, Universal Banker and David Baker, Insurance and Annuities has been exceptional. To illustrate, Ashley made wiring money to our clients an easy process. Moreover, when I needed a new ATM card David made me one right on the spot at the branch. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly making you want to visit the bank. I know it is no easy task to operate a bank. However, you would never know of all the hard work being done in the background because the bank is run flawlessly. The Operations Manager Renee Payton is a superb manager. Her leadership focuses on taking care of her Staff, making her Customer’s experience excellent, and helping her Staff together with her Customers on their banking journey. I give them 5-Stars!”

“Due to COVID-19, Wells Fargo is requiring you make an appointment to meet with someone. At first I was frustrated because that meant I had to drive very much out of the way, but it ended up being a stroke of luck. Melody Martin helped me open a checking and a savings account. As I'm new to Wells Fargo and North Carolina, she was thorough and well informed on every question I had, and was willing to advise which accounts might be the best fit for me. I would highly, highly suggest asking for her. It took me about an hour to open both accounts, but I'm sure it would've gone quicker if I didn't love to chat! I will definitely continue to make the 20 minute commute for any future in-person visits I need to make.”

People needs to stop complaining over little things like the news channel. Be grateful that they have PEOPLE working with great attitudes! “Good service. Only complaint is at the branch I visited, closed at 3 or 4 pm on Fridays. I thought they are open until 6 pm on Fridays. Then I thought, I could speak to a teller by going through the drive thru as a sign on premises indicated. But no, just usual ATM service. I was very disappointed as I needed to withdraw cash because my bank card was canceled due to fraud. So I had to go a couple days without any money. Took two days to receive my new card via fed ex. But bank of America representative had told me it would take two days.”

“I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo since moving back to NC in 2018 and have had GREAT experiences every time. There are lots of branches all over (with friendly tellers), many open on Saturday mornings, along additional stand-alone ATMs in many parking lots.! Their website is very good too. I highly recommend them as a bank.”
