“I would like to leave a review specifically for Mr. John Sadler. I Was out at the ATM and called into the branch to ask if something was wrong with the ATM as I couldn’t deposit cash and the drive-through is closed. Without question he walked out of the branch, took my identification, debit card, and cash, Went inside to deposit it for me, and was back with my receipt in under two minutes. I had a small child in my car with me and didn’t really want to get out and go in and Mr. John was very understanding and I appreciate him.
Bank of America definitely did the right thing making him the face of this branch.”

“I mean they aren’t that bad. A lot is left to be desired. But they are the most consistent. Enter a location and 9/10 your problems are solved. On the security side, they go too far, locking your account at random it seems, but better safe than sorry i guess. Don’t expect well integrated technologies or special offers.
If you don’t use this as your primary bank you won’t get any benefits but I would still recommend having an account here so at the least you can say, “there’s always allegacy.” There’s no penalty to just keeping $5 in it for the rest of your life”

We stopped by to open a checking account. We were met by Ebony Hill who handled our account opening for us. She was very efficient and managed the paperwork with a minimum of paperwork and data entry. She also linked our new account to our credit card as we requested, and gave us lots of good advice on how to manage our account to get the most out of our experience with Truist Bank
Though we have always been treated well at Truist Bank, Ebony is several levels above amazing and especially gifted at customer facing! From the moment we walked in it was like we were family. If there had been a front porch with a rocker, that would have fit right in with Ebony's kindness and neighborliness. (My wife and I are both 70, so that rocker image our visit brought forth is more important to me than you might think!)
I really can't say enough to praise Ebony for how great we felt after interaction. It was kind of like the feeling I get when we leave our granddaughter's house after a pleasant day with family, and you know you are not only welcome back anytime but will be greeted with a smile.

“I entered the Drive Thru today (Saturday) just before closing. A very pleasant young lady name Kaneshia (spell) greeted me and engaged in lite pleasantries. She was very helpful and efficient in handling my transactions - although I could have done more before I sent it thru the tube.
After completing my transactions in record time, she thanked me and asked if there was anything else….
This kind of customer service is very welcoming! Very comfortable, professional and friendly.
I hope Wells Fargo recognizes it’s solid, ‘down to earth’ employees and promote them accordingly. They may not be your “golfing buddies” or kiss up to the “higher ups”, but these people are the backbone of your empire and, considering all the turmoil your institution has faced, is probably the only reason I still bank here. “I loved Alaina's service, Andy was super helpful and Luz was great and i loved her spanish!! The only issue that i had with my service was that the manager there was super unapproachable and i did not like the way he talked to me, i think he should be promoted to customer.”
