“. Very helpful. Fixed my circuit board in my limousine. Even sent it back twice to have it rechecked. So far so good everything working out as he cannot find a replacement for these circuit boards they have to be repaired. They did it correctly. I would say be aware of people giving less reviews as the problem could lie somewhere else besides the circuitry”
“Jamel and Joe at the High Point store were very friendly and helpful. I had to rescheduled my appt to have my iPhone screen replaced, but it wasn’t an issue. The screen was replaced with a quick turn around time. Thank you!”

“I was nervous when I walked in because usually customer service lacks in this world these days and to be without a phone or contact can be nerve-wracking. I honestly can say I had a fantastic customer service experience. I walked in around 4pm Tuesday. I unfortunately dont know the guys name who helped me but he was quick and honest. I got lucky that he had the parts I needed in stock and left my phone overnight. (They close at 6) I walked in next morning to pick up my phone all fixed. I will highly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you!”
