They notified me that my parts were in a little early, and called to move my repair service up one day. They arrived when they said they would, with a phone call prior to let me know they were close by. The repairmen were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. “Awesome service! I broke the glass on the back of my iPhone. They answered all my questions over the phone, ordered the part and fixed it same day after the part arrived!! Would highly recommend them and I would use them again. Great employees!!Only negative: The checkout had about twelve steps for the employee. They worked through it quickly (there was a trainer/trainee situation). But it seemed ridiculous when they had square payment. Did not matter to me; it just seemed odd when they had a square payment and it’s a tech type business.”
