“This is my favorite place to go and get gas and snacks every time I get greeted with a smile from the cashier. He is quick to help out . I saw him helping a lady change her flat tire at no expense. They are willing to go out of the way to make sure that we have are goods and are on are way with a smile I give them a super gold 5 star ⭐️ service .”

“Twin City Minis was recently at a venue I visited. We were later to arrive and they had sold out of everything. They went above and beyond to make sure we had something to eat! They got creative and made one of the best sandwich’s I’ve ever had with limited ingredients! They were so cool and upbeat about it! I can only imagine how good their normal menu is and I certainly can’t wait to try it!”
“I have a physical disability which requires me to use a walker for mobility. On Saturday, August 3, 2024, my family and I were traveling through North Carolina and stopped at Quality Mart for fuel and to use the rest rooms. While I was attempting to enter the ladies room your employee, Christian, came running over to open the door for me, and then again when I was exiting the store. He and Keisha, the other clerk there were so pleasant and accommodating. I never felt that I was inconveniencing them. When your staff gives the extra effort and anticipates a persons needs that makes a huge difference. I just wanted to give them credit. Also, the store was immaculate. “I stopped for gas and a couple of small things on my way to a Labor Day cookout. Pump 3 was sort of stuck so I went inside for help. Paula had three people waiting in line, still acknowledged me as she was helping another customer. She helped me with the pump issue and then came outside after the other customer were gone (there at least another employee in the store) to make sure I was able to get it working. Her customer service skills are outstanding and I think she needs a raise!!”
“Staff seem great, friendly and actually tell you thank you which means something to me. Bad part though is make sure you check dates on products as I picked up 3 items and all were expired. 4th item I misread the exp date by glancing and the cookies were very stale. Considering it was opened I ate the $2.79 and just continued on.”

“I’m still giving 5 stars because this just became a thing within the past couple of weeks. Whoever it is making items with bread in the made to order food area is over cooking the bread. If you wouldn’t want to get served it don’t serve. Too hard to eat, and completely ruins how good I know it is!! I think I know the two people that’s doing it but I don’t want to cause a scene so I’m using this. Hopefully it’ll fix the problem. Other than that I love every moment I go there that’s why I go there versus Circle K or others.”

“Had a terrible experience down the street at Sheetz with bad attitudes and poor service. Came in here and was completely amazed, 100% turnaround. Nice people. Clean store. And dude even brightened my day with a cup of coffee to make up for the terrible attitude at sheetz. Don't go to sheetz. Come here to Quality Mart they will take care of you.”
“Really convenient ⛽ gas station right off of interstate 40 in Kernersville. It is well lit and feels very safe along with having modern pumps that pump quickly. there is a little shop with a ♿ handicap accessible restroom and parking outside as well.”
