“Such wonderful customer service provided with hardly any wait! Got 2 cars inspected last week and 1 didn’t pass. The gals up desk were extremely helpful and told me part cost (they would have had to order it) and their labor cost. I found part for less online and took it today for them to replace and re-inspect. All’s good now and it only took 30 minutes since I’d scheduled an appointment. They’re trustworthy, efficient, and speedy!”

“First time buying gas at Sam's we just signed up for a membership. Love the app and barcode scan you use at the pump. Makes getting gas a lot easier. But the cost per gallon is .20 cents less closer to my home. We won't be using this feature too often.”

The two employees on duty sky and perry are some of the most genuine well rounded individuals that you will find in this industry. Having to deal with a million different personalities every single day and still managing to show up with a smile on your face. And have a spotless store and everything stocked and dress right dress.
I really hope the ownership for corporate understands.The asset that they have in these two team members. “Had the most amazing experience today at Costco. Drove up to buy Azaleas. Normally they are in the middle of the store. Asked a gentleman and he took me to the outside garden area. I had a regular cart and he went and got me a flat bed. Another gentleman helped me load them as they are the biggest I have ever seen. After shopping and checking out on my way to my van another gentleman helped me unload my purchases. I hit the jackpot with the best service today. Thank you Costco. You have great service but this was far beyond my expectations as busy as the warehouse was.”

“Great gas prices, also great convenience for check cashing. Sure it's in the city on the side of low income housing so the area does have homeless people often circling for change. That's typical of any gas stations or busy stores. However management does try to prevent panhandling and they operate a clean and organized store. Operated by Asian or Oriental family. They're really respectful though and I appreciate their convince store and tolerance to our neighborhood. Thank you.”

“this is my neighborhood sheetz… so needless to say i’m there every day and usually early as hell bc i work the medjcal field (and i cannot express enough how nice it is to have a local store open at 4 am. i hate it for the employees but it works out well for my own schedule) speaking of employees… i’ve got to shout out D … he told me his “government name” as well but prefers D and he is ALWAYS there early as hell with the best personality. seriously; if he’s not the manager someone make him the manager immediately. he’s great with the community and it’s nice to see a kind familiar face after these long nights or very early mornings”

“Prices are HIGH but it is a convenience store.
I had to go out of town and be at the airport at 5:00am and stopped to get a drink about 3:45am and some sketchy looking people hanging in the parking lot beside the dumpster and no other cars around so I decided to wait until I got to the airport, so Just don’t go in the middle of the night.”
“Gets busy at times, buy the cheapest and actually, cleanest gas around. I still use gas treatments, but not as frequent as I had to, using other brands. The woman working inside is the sweetest person. Get your rewards card and save 5 cents over posted price!!”

“Since this store has been back open its great. So much easier to stop there than the one that just closed down supposedly it kept getting robbed we don't know the owner sold out. This one is better and have great prices for everything we got.”
“I've been a customer this store for many years and have always had wonderful experiences. The owner is very nice but is very cautious and keeps most items behind the counter due to theft. There really is hardly anything on the shelves, but the ATM is awesome and has surprisingly low fees. There are a couple of gas pumps that you can use if you can catch them when they're not out of order. All in all, I will continue to shop at this store simply because the owner is such good people.”
“I guess I’m coming at the wrong time! I work a third shift and I’m always here usually around 3 to 5 o’clock in the morning on the weekends. I love sheets because I don’t have one where I originally stay at so it’s always a pleasure to get the shakes and a made to order meal. I’ve had two free items and I always usually like to come to this one because the food is hot. Well the items that are always free are never able to be found. The manager always is snippy with me and very short with me and he doesn’t even look for the items he always just tells me he’s never seen them. Also, he did make my food without gloves. Or should I say he put them in the fryer without gloves and then went to go put gloves on when he noticed that I looked at his hands I hope that this does change if I’m not mistaken the man manager is the one in the gray shirt, i’m a frequent customer and would hate to change my mind about this place because of people Preferences in people.”

“Just wanted to let the whole world know about the hearing aid center in Costco in Winston Salem .
I went in to have a hearing test & it was determined that I really needed some help with hearing aid. When I was younger I used to hear a rat pee on cotton . As I got older I was constantly saying talk louder or repeat !
My hearing tech was a fine lady by the name Amanda , My hands were injured about 8 years ago leaving my left had with no feeling in it . I was constantly dropping the hearing aids on floor in mornings & night . (putting them in & taking them out , I told Amanda about this & she suggested molds for hearing aids . She stated that she wanted me happy or complete refund , After 3 months of trying without success I took the hearing aids back to Costco for a full refund ! I just want to say in closing , they treat you like a human being & not a number .
I am convinced that Amanda with hearing wants the customer satisfied or money back ! You know as well as I know that is rare in today’s business world !!”
