“First and only visit to this Walmart Neighborhood Market. I have been to a few and this is an excellent addition to the Kernersville area. It is a small store, but it is so wide and spacious inside with huge aisles. I had no problem walking around in fear of tripping over something. I did not interact with any staff, but it was a great experience. You can get all your daily needs in a quick minute here.
Highly recommend.”

“Adam at the Kernersville CVS pharmacy is incredibly kind and helpful. I spent most of the morning on the phone pulling irrelevant information out of different insurance folks, and Adam told me exactly what I needed, got my new insurance on file quickly, and changed the quantity of my prescription to fit with my insurance. This saved me about 95$. If anyone deserves a raise, it’s this man. Thanks Adam!”

“I love CVS especially this store. Get the app and pay the extra care $5 a month get $10 coupon. I’m constantly getting coupons. Today my bill was $40 and walked out paying $17! Pharmacy gets bad reviews but they work hard and are serving clients as quickly as they can, give them a break! Very pleased there.”

“We were visiting from out of town and needed a prescription filled for our dog. CVS couldn’t fill it without our vet calling it in, but Kernersville Pharmacy filled it from the rx our vet emailed us. The staff were very kind and helpful, and our prescription was ready in minutes. I usually go to the chain pharmacies, but this great experience makes me want to make an effort to go to local pharmacies when possible.”
