“I got lunch there because I trust the quality of the food at 7 11. I was reintroduced to 7 113 years ago in Charlottesville VA while visiting a friend. There was a new 7 11 built on route 29 that I stopped at and was amazed at theNutty Buddy cone I purchased there...which contained whole peanuts....it was incredible.After that I started buying all different 7 11brand chips, drinks etc. I conclude that whoever is managing the food offerings is topNotch. “I recently got a new phone and had to go into the store twice because it seems the phone was a dud first time we thought we fixed the problem. The staff was great, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Second time I came in when I explained the problem. The gentleman almost immediately said no problem. Let’s exchange it and get you a new phone since I was still within my 30 day warranty. I was very impressed with Khailil’s
customer service, friendliness and eagerness to go above and beyond. While we were waiting for my phone to download onto a new replacement phone, he even double checked my account to make sure there wasn’t any deals or specials that I was missing out on. I greatly appreciate all his hard work.”
“The store is always in disarray. I don't blame the employees either, it's due to skeleton crews for years at this point. This is a management/corporate issue.Hopefully my future shopping will be a great experience. The lady that bought my groceries out was nice and polite.”

“I came into the store after my phone was stolen all my pictures of my mother in law that passed away were on the stolen phone the lady from another cricket store told me I couldn’t retrieve my account because I didn’t remember my gmail information. I decided to give another cricket store a try and came in Reynolda it’s very small store barley any parking but the customer service I received from the young lady working alone was exceptional she had a line of customers and juggling two customers at different computers and had a customer on the phone and she didn’t seem faced by the pressure after it was my turn and I explained how important my pictures were and I needed to know if I could get them back she told me she would try to retrieve it right after she was able to find out my account email and helped me reset password I was so grateful. The young lady name was Jessica or Jennifer from now on I will only go to this store and know that I am receiving the best customer care service keep up the good work cricket”
“Melody was dedicated and definitely on her job! As I walked in, there were 3 customers at the service desk. Two were together. Melody finished business with the guy. She asked me what did I need assistance with. I told her, I was referred by my brother and was told they had some very fast acting chargers. She helped me pick out the right charger, and assured me it was a great product. She has used that same one! We conducted our business and she continued to help the two customers that just purchased phones and service! I definitely recommend this place. Especially when Melody's there!”
