Metro by T-Mobile provides wonderful and very good customer service. The staff is professional, kind, helpful, and patient, working with customers through the whole process. They are remarkable and go the extra mile to assist with connecting a line, unlocking a phone, and other tasks. The service is the best, with many customers rating the store a ten plus plus and giving five stars. It is a great place where the nicest people will help you out with anything.
