“I arrived in Shelby on January 2, 2026 to attend my nephew’s funeral. My visit was not as it usually is, as every time I have a reason to come home, I always stay at your facility. This visit was the worse one that I have had. I did the survey indicating how the service wasn’t very welcoming. Ms Lanisha called me and her concerns were of such great approach that I felt as if I were a true VIP. I must say that she has people skills that will erase any negative experiences one may have. Now I can say that I will not even consider staying at any other facility. With a manager like Ms Lanisha, it shows how committed you are at providing quality service to all request your service. Please extend my thanks to Ms Lanisha and thanks to you for having staff with such concern and commitment to you and the community.

“Great place for extended stay
We have been here since February 1,2025
Right next to interstate and across from train tracks get a little noisy. Does not have an operating pool. Otherwise I would recommend it for extended stay”

“It was the most comfortable, friendly place I've ever stayed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and very fulfilling. The king-size bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take the bed home with me!! The staff were all very friendly and the manager was very informative and kind!! I highly recommend this hotel. Close to everything!!”
