She asked if I needed help, she walked me to the item I needed and she looked up what bulb I need for my vehicle. She also asked if I needed it installed and she installed the headlight bulb for me. “Advance Auto on Hwy 70 in Kinston is basically a mechanic’s Christmas store — and I swear the shelves must be sprinkled with magic grease because every single time I stop in for a part, they’ve got it! It’s like Santa traded in his sleigh for a toolbox and parked it right here in Eastern North Carolina. The place is so well-stocked that even if I walked in asking for left-handed lug nuts or blinker fluid, I’d bet they’d have it waiting with a smile. The staff is friendly, fast, and know their parts like Rudolph knows his way home on Christmas Eve.

“I can't say enough about this body shop. I got my dream ride several years ago. I was coming home from work a deer ran right in my car. I cried, couldn't eat I was upset call my favorite dealership Massey and they told me about this body shop. When I saw my ride it looked great and rode very good...I would recommend this body shop to anyone. It took them over a month but really GOD gave me patience to wait!!!.. Great team and Great workers!!!! If I could give more that a 5 star I definitely would!!!!”
“Our Carstar Parker’s Bodyshop experience was great. You never want to have a damaged vehicle or have to be inconvenienced without it, but if you must, this is the place to be. The staff were experienced, knowledgeable and courteous and did an excellent job repairing my truck. Good as new, probably better! They make sure you know what to expect upfront. Within minutes, we had expert advice, a freshly tested replacement, and even a helping hand ready to install it right in the parking lot. No smoke, no mirrors, just straight-up automotive wizardry.
The staff? Friendlier than your grandma on pound cake day. One even offered to check our wiper fluid level just because “it looked like it needed a little love.” If that’s not Southern hospitality with a socket wrench, I don’t know what is.
