“My Cadillac Escalade wouldn’t start and I had the option to tow it back to Virginia but I chose to give OBX Chevrolet a try and they did a great job of getting me back on the road the next day right before the holiday so I’m very grateful and as my Daddy would say…well pleased.”
“Noel and Daniel are kind, helpful, professional and put my new battery in my car within no time (while it was storming badly outside). A not-so-great situation turned into a positive. Thank you both for your help today!”
“J.R. went above and beyond locating a specific gasket instead of the entire fuel pump while I was in OBX vacation. Due to shipping time and end of vac I chose to limp the car home. At home NOBODY could find the part and tried to sell me the entire full pump. I called JR hoping he remembered me and could locate the part number. He not only did that, but called the dealership with the exact description and part number. 20 bucks instead of $1000.00. They just dont make enough people like JR anymore. Carquest hired a great employee and an even better person in JR. I will be sure to stop back in during next years visit to appropriately express my gratitude.
Thanks J.R. you did yourself proud!”
“Great service, great knowledge, great workmanship! A pleasure to interact with. Fixed tie-ros & ball-joint issues on my duolly diesel. They are the only place around that can align a duolly!”
“Kevin was the best and made my Jeep buying a phenomenal process from the beginning to driving off the lot. He even followed me home to pick up the title. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone who’s in the market to purchase a vehicle. That’s Kevin. I love my keep!”
“This place is awesome. Called to get a new hitch installed on a Monday. On Tuesday the hitch was delivered and installed on a Jeep in less than 20 minutes. Great price, great service. Will definitely be back”
“The short story, my Accord had a problem that I thought was a partially failed computer or maybe an input module. 6 Alert lights! Talked to my mechanic 100 miles away in VA and he said he thought it might be a bad battery. Said take it to NAPA in Kitty Hawk and ask if they can test the battery. I did as he suggested. The people at NAPA were very friendly. A young lady named Jess (?) did the test for me in a quick couple of minutes The battery was fine, the alternator was fine. In the meantime, the problem seemed to have cleared itself once I started the car to enable the alternator check. Beats me. But what I do know is these people live up to the customer service level I want from my suppliers, but don't always get. If I need help again, I know where to go in KH.”
