There were so many good reviews with before and after pictures that I felt safe leaving my car. It was minor repair to the bumper and a couple other little fixes that I asked for while dropping it off and it was done in just under a week. “USA Auto Body went above and beyond for me today. My daughter’s car was having a rear rattling sound that we could not locate the source of. Last year we had the rear bumper repaired with USA Auto Body and their service was top notch. So I decided to contact Terrance and see if he could help locate the cause of the rattling. He was more than happy to have me stop by. Terrance went right out and started trouble shooting the cause. It took a few minutes for Terrance and his co worker to figure out it was caused by a worn rubber bushing connected to the shocks. He could have sent me on my way to have repaired. Fortunate for me his coworker jumped in taking it apart and fixed the issue.
The rattling is gone! I appreciate so much the time they took to fix this and give me peace of mind when my daughter is driving.
My family has used USA Auto Body for two auto body repairs and they will be the first place I call for future body work.

“I needed replacement lights and bumper realignment done and they knocked it out super quick. Other places I went to told me I'd have to drop it off but Larry Estes body shop had it done in less than an hour. When I showed up weeks later with even more problems they were happy to help and got on it right away. Definitely the only body shop I'll be going to from now on and it's the best bang for your buck in the Garner area for sure.”

“Easy-stress free Experince ! From day one I entered to get an estimate and share the damage with them about my car. I called many of the other stores in the area, and the store was the only one able to receive my car in a weeks notice. They were a courteous and very friendly receptionist shared good story with me & offered me a drink and a pick up to call enterprise to pick up my rental car on the day of the drop off. Everything is really good about this place, everything done very well; from their service to their professionally done work. The only feedback I have and could be based on them being busy so I'll give them the benefit of doubt, they don't communicate updates unless you called them orders orders near completion there were a few things and changes in the initial estimate which was double the estimate I wasn't aware until the day of the pick up. I also asked for a part from my car to be fixed that wasn't part of the damage and it was just something cosmetic from the past and they said they would fix it but then they weren't able to and they said they thought I didn't approve. But it in general it is important to highlight that their communication is very well and Taylor was amazing at responding either through text or through phone communication on any issue or any concern and welcome to come back for any issue and coming back and I was traveling so from my friend picked up my car. They were very few interior pieces that were not put back that it took on another quick visit to put back in place and a few scratches by the door that I'm very confident that were in there but they're very flexible I believe so.
