I visit this post office regularly, and every time, I’m impressed. It’s not just good service once, it’s consistently professional, friendly, and efficient. You walk in expecting a routine errand and walk out feeling like a valued customer.
Two people in particular always stand out: Jessica and Ilaka. Their combined professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail make every visit a pleasure. Whether it’s handling a complicated shipment or just offering a friendly greeting, they make the experience smooth, respectful, and even enjoyable.
This team is a credit to the USPS. Other locations should take notes, this is how a post office should run.

“My five star review is simply because of Pri, who was absolutely amazing. Treating everyone with respect, getting through the long line with speed & accuracy, while still keeping track of who was in line first and who needs help. I came in first at around 10am to send my visa application and she helped me and explained the entire process, then came again at around 1pm and she was still there with the same smile on her face! Such a sweet lady & made my otherwise potentially intimidating visit a smooth & easy experience.”
“I absolutely luv this place. It’s never a long wait the customer service is so welcoming and friendly. Steve is an amazing worker his personality is super energetic, happy always willing to help and make sure you have everything needed before you leave. He is very quick and efficient I have watch him decrease the wait time and quickly help tons of people in the line which keeps everyone happy because we don’t have to stand in line for long. You can tell this is not just a job for him he truly enjoy customers and making sure he can help. His customer service skills are A1 and this is every time I come. I found my new post office.”
