“I've rented a unit from this place for over 2 years now, back when it was Extra Space. My rate started out at $202 which is VERY reasonable. Now, I just received another email saying, yet again, my rate is going up, this time to $334. Absolutely absurd. At first I didn't think too much of it because I truly appreciate the convenience of location, an inside building, and temperature controlled. Then I go to my unit today, I haven't been in about 2 months or so, but still no excuse for this... at the edge of the door along the floor were dead bugs and mouse droppings. Thankfully yes they were dead but still. I notified the gentleman up front, he said he would let whom I assume is the pest control, know. What really bothers me, is I go to the website and see the price for my unit, even at the highest, is less than half of what I'm paying. A loyal customer. Never late on a payment, I don't cause ruckus, make a mess, etc. Yet I'm the one who has to pay more every few months to "keep up with competitive rates, rising costs, and necessary improvements." Make it make sense. I've worked in customer service for 10 years, I never complain, but this is worth complaining about.”
“07/05/2024-I've been with Graham storage for close to 2 years I think. I love them, but I don't know what this 10 federal storage stuff is, but I've tried calling the Graham storage phone number and it now says 10 federal storage. I've been scammed before, so I don't wanna make my payment, till I can get someone on the phone. I've been trying to call since july 1st.. maybe this review can get someone to either pick up the phone, or give me a call. I'm currently on hold now at 15 mins and 45 seconds..
Edit:07/08/2024 I have gotten in contact with 10 Federal Storage and I'm happy to say that after a discussion with management, this business is on the up an up. I look forward to continuing my storage needs with 10 Federal Storage of Kannapolis NC.”
“They got back to me right away and provided a reasonable quote to be able to move my large shed. They seem very capable and I'm looking forward to engaging them once I can empty it and have the new site prepped.”
“I just went here to pick something up for someone else. I have to say the place is clean and looks very secure. I will say the numbering system for the units is extremely haphazard. It looks a bit like they just threw numbers up in the air and kept them where they fell. There was no real rhyme or reason to the numbering of the units.”
“I came to look at a 10x30 storage unit and I met Heather at the property. Heather helped me with the entire process. I was having some problems at the kiosk doing my rental so Heather took me in the office and we tried to do the rental by phone . My phone wasn't allowing me to submit my payment and then the computer was acting funny so Heather and I went back to the kiosk and got assistance from the PM . Finally we got the rental to go through as there was only the one space at that size available at this location- which is where I wanted to store. At the end of this I just want to say that Heather was so helpful, patient and kind - it took us a hour - but we got it done. I appreciate her help so much !!”

“Ever since I sold my first car about two years ago, I have been itching to find another toy. I occasionally check Autobarn's inventory online and dream. My first car was a 1965 Mustang that I purchased in high school. I drove the car and worked on it until life became the focus. Fortunately, I was able to store it at my mom's house until she passed away two years ago. It was under a cover and had not been driven in 20 years. I lived on the other side of the country and felt it was time to let it go. My wife and I happened to be in the area to check out the Depot at Gibson Mill. I noticed a sign inside the Gibson Mill Market with an arrow to the Autobarn. After checking it out online, we discovered it appeared to be in the same building as the Gibson Mill Market which was a nice surprise. We parked and walked in and were immediately impressed by the amount of cars which were arranged in such a way it was easy to walk around and see the posted sales price. There were several cars that peeked our attention but the Shelby Cobra has always been my dream car and they had a beautiful one for sale. My wife inquired with a sales person and he sought out a salesman, Dino who he said knew alot about the car in question. Dino spent about 20 minutes with us giving us the history of the car and we enjoyed talking with him. I told him of my love of Shelby's and Mustang's and he also pointed us to a 1965 Mustang with an interesting history. Overall, this was a great stop and I will continue to monitor their inventory online in case I decide to treat myself in the future. Dino also told us they do several events/car shows throughout the year.”
