“Brought my truck in so they could look at the brakes. Right front rotor was badly scored with a lot of brake dust on the wheel. Left front rotor was fairly smooth, not a lot of dust. No noise or pulling to one side. They found a stuck caliper on the right side and all the pads were worn pretty close to minimum thickness. In on Wednesday, picked up on Thursday. Excellent service.”

My tire was completely flat and they were happy to check their inventory to make sure they had the right size when I called - something I’ve gotten attitude over or refusal to do in the past, if I could even get someone on the phone. The man up front was very polite and told me wait time and cost up front! I enjoyed fresh coffee while I waited and will definitely be coming back here for future tire needs :) it was affordable and quick! As a woman, I often have anxiety around how I will be treated/charged when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repair, so I really appreciate my experience here.”

“Took my van in for a wobbly front end when brakes were applied and an oil change, they diagnosed the issue quickly and also informed me of a noisy wheel seal. Repairs and oil change were very fairly priced and the cherry on top was that I had a squeaky lifter noise in the engine but when I got the van back it was gone and hasn't returned. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles here from now on”

“Picked up a screw in my tire on vacation on a Saturday evening about 6:15 pm , stopped at AutoZone for a recommendation , I was given Diaz tire , I calked and they were closing at 6:30 but offered to stay open to repair my tire !! Awesome service , fair price. Diaz Tire was truly a blessing!!”
“10/10 would recommend for mechanical issues. We were leaving to head back home (300+ miles away) when we noticed our car was pouring oil. Our insurance company called us a tow driver (Red from Asheville Wrecking also 10/10!) and dropped us here. It was Memorial Day so we were sure they wouldn't get around to even being able to look at it that day. But they did and they even got it fixed and us back on the road that evening! Also it being a holiday, getting an Uber was impossible so they sent their shuttle driver to pick us and he was such a nice man too! Especially since we were his last pickup of the day and he chose to stay later to do it. Judy was amazing and we're so thankful to her and the whole staff! Mechanic work is never cheap but considering it was a holiday and they got it out within 4 or 5 hours, I'd say it was exceptionally priced!”

They had me in and out in 20 minutes. New wheels and an oil change that was on par with any other shop if you came loaded to the brim with coupon codes… but I didn’t I just called them and it was easy :) paid exactly what we talked about on the phone. Thanks guy.”
