“I appreciated Alex's honesty - he actually showed me photos of the car's damage so I knew exactly what kind of work he'd done on the rebuilt 2017 Subaru that I purchased from him. He did everything: registration, title, cutting an extra key as he promised. All the cars on his lot were in beautiful shape and he and his staff were unfailingly helpful and polite. “People we super friendly to deal with. Would have gotten a 5 but their transportation division had some hick ups. My vehicle was one state away. Ordered for delivery to my closest car max. Vehicle was less the 200 miles away. It took 18 days before I was notified it was ready. I understood most things but 18 days was a little too much. If I knew it was going to take that long I would have driven the 200 miles myself to that CarMax location.
Once again all employees from finance, sales, and office personnel were enthusiastic and friendly. Just wish logistics and communication of hick ups in logistics were more informative.”

“Service does not usually answer the phone. You have to leave a message. Even though from my observations while I was there no one is really busy. They were on their phones or clicking around in the computer (not helping a person at the time).
I had a really long wait for an oil change and tore rotation. An hour and half wait. The service department did discount my total by $5 because of my wait but I was already late for work which actually cost me much more.”

After talking for about 20 min he got copy of my driver’s license and said let me get a dealers tag and we will go on a test ride. he opened the front door for my wife and he got in the back seat as we were on a test drive he ask about our grand kids as we were talking about several thing Matthew gave me a feeling of ease as if I was dealing with a Honest and genuine person that wanted to help me achieve getting the truck I have always wanted for years.
I have served 25year in the Army and can spot people who are Genuine and Matthew gave me that impression I am so thank full he was the sales person I Dealt with and Mr. Bobby the General Manager is Awesome as well I have bought several new Cars and Trucks in the past. And I can assure you in February 2027 I will call Mr. Matthew first and make that 209 mile drive just to do business with Asheville Chevrolet
