“I was very pleased with multiple aspects of my used-car-buying experience at Skye Autohaus. First, the Ford Focus hatchback I chose was IMPRESSIVELY clean and smelled fresh. For a 7 year old vehicle with light colored cloth seats, I was blown away by how well it was detailed and as close as possible to "like new" inside, and that made me feel good about driving it in the care they took with it. Second, Kristen was extremely helpful, friendly, and excellent at explaining details to me through the purchasing process, and really took her time with us, even though our stay there lasted past closing time. We never felt rushed or pressured and the dealership has a cozy small-town vibe that's pleasantly different from what you might expect in a car buying experience. “10/10 would recommend for mechanical issues. We were leaving to head back home (300+ miles away) when we noticed our car was pouring oil. Our insurance company called us a tow driver (Red from Asheville Wrecking also 10/10!) and dropped us here. It was Memorial Day so we were sure they wouldn't get around to even being able to look at it that day. But they did and they even got it fixed and us back on the road that evening! Also it being a holiday, getting an Uber was impossible so they sent their shuttle driver to pick us and he was such a nice man too! Especially since we were his last pickup of the day and he chose to stay later to do it. Judy was amazing and we're so thankful to her and the whole staff! Mechanic work is never cheap but considering it was a holiday and they got it out within 4 or 5 hours, I'd say it was exceptionally priced!”

“Unlike the previous reviewer, I actually bought a car from Roberson motors. It turned out that the vehicle I purchase had unseen issues from the transmission that became apparent after I had already bought the vehicle. Roberson motors stood behind what they sold me and paid to have the issue professionally fixed at a cost of more than $3k. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are honest and pleasant to deal with, even in diversity. Go see them or call them if you are looking for an honest deal.”

My only suggestion would be for Jeff to slow down and explain the process more. We were told that we purchased the 10 year warranty thing for $3200 and we weren’t aware of it. My wife and I don’t remember it being explained or asked if we wanted it. He offered to correct it when we questioned him about it. No good cop bad cop sales tactics. Do your research before you buy. Go in, be realistic and let the team know what you want and see what they are able to do for you. I was concerned about inventory, would have waited till December. December should be a great month for a new purchase if you are in the market. If you want a 2023 and want a better choice of inventory or newer used model go now. I don't see why you would not get an attractive deal!
