“We were just down in the Weaverville area camping at Hot Springs. A friend of ours had a taillight out on her camper. It turned out that the wire inside the trailer 7 way plug had come loose. I was able to get the trailer lights working again for her but I was pretty sure her brake controller and fuse for the 12v power from the camper were fried. I had limited tools with me so I wasn't able to fix that.
I was in Weaverville at the Autozone the next day and they recommended Weaverville Tire to check it out. They were able to get her in the very next day and got her going with a new brake controller and fuse. I thought the price they charged her was extremely reasonable. I am always very cautious about recommending a shop to someone but we took a chance.
Just want to say thank you very much to Weaverville Tire for taking such good care of our friend.”

“Brought my truck in so they could look at the brakes. Right front rotor was badly scored with a lot of brake dust on the wheel. Left front rotor was fairly smooth, not a lot of dust. No noise or pulling to one side. They found a stuck caliper on the right side and all the pads were worn pretty close to minimum thickness. In on Wednesday, picked up on Thursday. Excellent service.”
“Swan’s Tire turned a very stressful day into an easy, affordable fix! My tire was completely flat and they were happy to check their inventory to make sure they had the right size when I called - something I’ve gotten attitude over or refusal to do in the past, if I could even get someone on the phone. The man up front was very polite and told me wait time and cost up front! I enjoyed fresh coffee while I waited and will definitely be coming back here for future tire needs :) it was affordable and quick! As a woman, I often have anxiety around how I will be treated/charged when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repair, so I really appreciate my experience here.”

“While Traveling back home to Garner (outside Raleigh)from Bryson City our battery light came on. I Immediately called my mechanic who told me to find an autozone and have the alternator tested. We got to the Auto zone and it was a bad Alternator our Mechanic advised us that we needed to replace it immediately and to find a local shop. So I asked for a referral from autozone, And they recommended mountain view. Which was right down the street walking distance as my van was acting Possessed and lost complete power as we coasted in the parking lot in front of a bay. The fit us in timely and Wayne even drove to the honda dealership as I only wanted to use honda parts. You can imagine how stressed I was about this whole situation and the unexpected cost I had not plan on spending. But Mountain view was professional and Courteous to me in a very stressful situation. They were done in about 3 hours or less we actually got an uber to go explore the outlets to take our mind off of it while they were working on it. But I want to thank Mountain view for saving our day and getting us home safely. I don't think I said thank you but THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for saving the day! I highly recommend this shop.”

“Picked up a screw in my tire on vacation on a Saturday evening about 6:15 pm , stopped at AutoZone for a recommendation , I was given Diaz tire , I calked and they were closing at 6:30 but offered to stay open to repair my tire !! Awesome service , fair price. Diaz Tire was truly a blessing!!”
“10/10 would recommend for mechanical issues. We were leaving to head back home (300+ miles away) when we noticed our car was pouring oil. Our insurance company called us a tow driver (Red from Asheville Wrecking also 10/10!) and dropped us here. It was Memorial Day so we were sure they wouldn't get around to even being able to look at it that day. But they did and they even got it fixed and us back on the road that evening! Also it being a holiday, getting an Uber was impossible so they sent their shuttle driver to pick us and he was such a nice man too! Especially since we were his last pickup of the day and he chose to stay later to do it. Judy was amazing and we're so thankful to her and the whole staff! Mechanic work is never cheap but considering it was a holiday and they got it out within 4 or 5 hours, I'd say it was exceptionally priced!”

“This business is local. 3 generations!!!! The service was fairly quick. I did have to leave my car with them for some hours, BUT I called the day I needed service, they SQUEEZED ME INTO an already busy day. Took GREAT care of my vehicle. Did NOT try to overcharge me for anything. I WILL be returning to them. It is RARE these days to find trustworthy places to take your vehicle and I would say YES this is a trustworthy place..
