“My husband and I have been banking here for 5+ years. We have our personal accounts, business accounts, car loan and a credit card with them. Always the best service. This branch in particular is our favorite. All the staff has been good to us and Martha Jackson the manager is just an absolute pleasure and sunshine to deal with. Thank you guys so much. “I have banked with Wells for years and have had good service with my accounts. The branch is often busy but the staff is pleasant and works through the que well. The customer service reps are knowledgeable, helpful, but usually most always busy helping customers so I recommended making an appointment through the online app or through the website to minimize your wait. Good staff and branch.”

“Gina gave us the best service of just about any business I've ever experienced. The computer and printer at the bank was being ridiculous and it took an hour to get our new account setup, but she stayed about half an hour after closing with us to get it done, trying everything to help us. Everything still didn't work by then and we still needed to sign a document, and she literally drove to our house after 8 PM after she finally got the printer to print the document so we could sign. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond. I told her to not trouble herself but she insisted on doing this for us. The bank came to me instead of making me come to them. Thank you, Gina.”
