Goodwill Industries of Eastern NC, Inc. provides education, employment, and life enrichment opportunities. The Leland location is a favorite for many, with customers feeling they matter and receiving true customer service. The majority of staff members are truly amazing with wonderful personalities, and the cashiers are very nice. The store is very clean and organized, maintaining cleanliness compared to other area stores. Staff are always willing to help and fix any problem, including helpfully holding forgotten items for customers. However, there is some inconsistency in pricing. There have also been concerning instances of a manager being verbally abusive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere when she does not take a liking to someone. Overall, it is considered a good location worth the stop.
Lady at the donation door was extremely nasty attitude about every little thing and was complaining about the donation, so we took everything back and put it by a bumptor for the public to get it for free and not have to deal with this woman and her nasty evil attitude, we will never donate anything ever again to the goodwill... read full comment

Store in Leland has good selection but would prefer it was by size instead of color… It is so overwhelming to go thru every rack for my size. I end up leaving before I can find anything.
