“The girl with the super cute name necklace was SO helpful and kind!! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you so much diva!!!”
“What an incredibly nice start to the day!!! I live on Village Road so I have visited this locattion on several occasions. The store itself is outstanding: very clean, organized, and with everything marked clearly. Although the fact that I couldn't read the price is what inspired this review because I left my reading glasses in the car. I'd parked the car way off in the northeast corner of the parking lot so I could leave my pup's pup in the car where he could stay cool. So instead of walking back to the car, I looked around and spoke to the closest store employee I could find. The young lady was actually working outside, quite some distance from where I'd made my find so I was almost afraid to bother her, but her immediate response was to smile and head in my direction, completely erasing all my apprehension! As we made our way across the store, she was engaged with my pup as I apologetically explained why I needed her help. The price was right, so I sort of tried to grab the heavy little chandelier, but she was having none of that! I try to keep my outings short since I almost always have the pups with me, and frankly because I'm just not as comfortable with people as I used to be. Not today though, this delightful young person had set me completely at ease, so we stopped, did another price check and subsequently added that item to her already overloaded hands, because yet again, as I tried to help carry my own treasures, she insisted on carrying the new electric hedge trimmers as well. When we arrived at the register, she surprised me with more good news; everything was on sale! After completing the transaction, there was no question she would be accompanying us out to my car. And as I mentioned, it was as far away from the door as I could get and still be in their parking lot, plus a chandelier and a set of hedge trimmers are a pretty awkward load to tote.
This is just an amazing human; she intuitively knew when and how to help while effortlessly making the entire experience significantly more enjoyable than anticipated. Not that I'd ever had an unpleasant experience there, it's just that today's interaction with one of my fellow earthlings was just on higher plain of customer service than usual. This young lady is knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and just darn pleasant to be around. And when I mentioned that I sincerely appreciated these fine qualities, she gave all the credit to her father! I wish I could remember her name, but she would most likely want to share all the credit with her team.
Thank you assistant manager for an awesome start to my day!
